At the beginning of the year I drove about 8hrs to buy a 2011 Camaro SS. I was told the only issue it had was light wearing on the driver seat. During the test drive I noticed it had tpms & the air bag light light up. I wasn’t too concerned about it but they wouldn’t lower the price over the issues. On the drive home I found out they lost the gas cap when they filled it up. The air filter fell off cause it was loose. All the speakers are blown. And the back window leaks water so that’s awesome. Oh and I found a bubble in the paint turns out it was caused by a fire. Found that and broken glass when I tried to replace the blown speakers in the back. This car is just full of surprises👌🏻

A few days into car ownership, the AC was blowing hot air and when I got it checked, they said someone overfilled the AC refrigerant to hide this issue and had to change the engine oil as well.
Adding points for the reply from Trucks Plus, JFYI I got the issue on the first week of purchasing, not after 6 months. I am writing now because I got my AC fixed recently. I did not complain at that time because I know you have clearly mentioned the dealership is not responsible for anything and there was no use in complaining at that time.
I am writing now because I want the next buyers to be safe and not make the mistake I did and not for any concern or compensation from the dealership.

Andrey is an amazing person! He was on top of it from the beginning and kept me in the loop the whole way. This was the most stress free experience I've had dealing with a car dealership. He is a great guy, we got to talk a lot on the test drive and I'm so blessed to have had him take care of me. On the way home I could not stop smiling from the immense happiness I was feeling from being in my dream truck, thank you Andrey and keep up the good work.

Andrey was the most helpful and fun sales person I can remember working with. Guided me through the purchase of an awesome Toyota Sequoia, after showing me the ins/outs of the vehicle and teaching me how to get the most out of it. I found the car on Carfax and reached Jerry when I called about it. Living outside of Washington, a local sister and visiting cousin checked out the car, helped by Miguel. Getting “go ahead” recommendations from them, I flew to Washington the next day to complete the deal. While there, Jerry, Rich and Miguel were all pleasant, helpful and professional. I am a happy person and definitely recommend these guys!

4/5 stars only because my shrewd negotiation skills didn't work out in my favor haha, overall as the general saying goes you got to pay to play. Purchased a 2015 Lexus GX 460 a few days ago, as stated by Rich the manager he had no wiggle room and seeing as I really wanted a GX460 specifically and was tired of browsing for months upon months, I decided to settle on this specific vehicle. Granted I did overlook some cosmetic issues like the failing clearcoat in some spots especially the hood, that's something that was not hidden and just happened to so to be missed by me otherwise Miguel was pleasant enough to keep company as Rich finished the paperwork. Granted mutlipe little mistakes where made on the buyers order they kept sending while I was at BECU down the road that did annoy me and my pregnant wife with me, it was eventually handled and we went about to purchase the vehicle on the higher end of the KBB dealership price value, in the end though KBB or not like I mentioned you've gotta pay to play especially if you're after a specific vehicle and with Lexus & Toyota you're gonna pay a tax on purchasing and owning one of the most reliable and LEXUSurios vehicles out there! Rich the manager did take some time out of his busy day to let me drive his Mercedes AMG GTS and car guy to car guy I do appreciate at least that little gesture thrown on top of the deal! Domt usually do reviews so hope I'm able to help some folks out there! And for everyone else with the 1 star reviews complaining there 10-15+ year old vehicle didn't come serviced and in showroom quality for under 15k, come one who are you kidding you're buying a used vehicle after all, do your own due diligence or suffer the consequences! 🫡✌️

Trucks Plus NW was great in getting my teens their first starter car. The staff (Jacob, Miguel, Rich) were super friendly, nice and helpful - answering questions, letting me take the cars for a test ride, and helping me compare options. We settled for a great value for money Infiniti M35x and were able to drive the car out of the lot in under an hour!! 5 stars!

Thank God I moved on from the bigger dealership, when I got here these guys not only showed me the truck I was actually looking for but gave me another option which I ended up going with and I couldn't be happier! We had fun I got the deal of a lifetime, they threw in some bells and whistles I didn't expect and even filled the tank for me for free! I don't think I've ever been treated like a king at a dealership like this 🙏🏼 Miguel was the salesman who went on the test rides and we had a blast, and Rich was the boss in charge who made it all the magic happen!
