This is a lovely, date night spot in a great location. Good service and not much of a wait considering they were fairly busy. It's a good idea to make a reservation and a genius idea to order the sweet potato gnocchi.

Had a wonderful meal there this past Sunday, but best part of the experience was the service we received from Shasta. Outstanding with his diligence and advice. Bravo Shasta! We will be sure to be back soon in his section!

Exquisite menu, superior service. I enjoyed the ravioli and ceaser salad. The ravioli was served perfectly with a savory yet slightly sweet sauce. Sophia, the hostess, made every effort to accommodate our party and we were seated quickly. Dont miss this spot when you're in town.

I really wanted to love this place... The location is unbeatable if you are headed to a show at the nearby Benaroya afterwards. The vibe is that of an old-fashioned Italian establishment, more on the "smart casual" end of the spectrum, what with dark wood accents and dim chandelier lights. The food, to me, was also a bit on the "old-fashioned" side, with a few surprises here and there, e.g., the addition of squash and cabbage to burrata. The service was friendly, albeit a bit overzealous at times. This place is most definitely respected by its devoted clientele, judging by a few groups that seem to be regulars. It might struggle long-term with attracting and converting newer clientele though, given that there are a few worthy alternatives when it comes to eating Italian in Seattle.

We very much enjoyed our dinner at Tulio. Fantastic atmosphere, service and of course the food was amazing. Our server Shasta guided us through the menu, took great care of us and made sure we enjoyed our experience. Thanks to Shasta and the team at Tulio. We will certainly return to enjoy another fabulous meal.

We were staying overnight at the adjoining Kimpton Hotel and didn't want to get the car out and brave the weather and iffy parking in downtown Seattle. So we made a reservation at Tulio. What a great decision! We arrived a bit early and had a drink at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and attentive. Drinks were excellent. Then we moved on to dinner and were seated at a cozy booth against the wall, which helped muffle the noise from a busy restaurant. We shared the entree mussels tagliatelle as an appetizer. SO GOOD! Pasta was clearly homemade and the mussels succulent in a light broth. Hubby had the Italian sausage orecchiette, which was fantastic. But the star of the evening was my lamb shank, cooked to perfection, seasoned even better, and with enough left over for the next evening. The service was amazingly good. Post pandemic, restaurants seem to be struggling with finding and training staff. That doesn't appear to be the case at Trulio. Our server was right there when we wanted her, didn't hover, and didn't ignore us at any time. This place is a gem. We highly recommend!

What a wonderful restaurant. We had their first brunch this morning and Kathryn was our server. She was extremely courteous, knowledgeable of menu and Seattle sites. She gave us a list many places to visit and see. We were so pleased, we made a reservation for dinner tonight and Kathryn was our server once again. Our meals were delicious, as was dessert. For our first visit to Seattle, we will remember this experience forever! Kathryn was an absolute delight and really enjoys her work!!

We have stayed at the Kimpton Vintage before and returned this time to celebrate our adult daughter's birthday. We returned because we have had such a good time dining at Tulio with William. The food is excellent, and although we have very different tastes we have all been able to enjoy delicious dishes. However, the true highlight has been William's assistance with choosing those dishes and the accompanying wines. We'll be back again and again, and we will always ask to sit in his section.

We just went to Seattle last week for the West Coast Flower and Garden Show and spent the weekend checking out the city and enjoying some of the local restaurants. On Saturday night we ate at Tulio's on 5th Avenue. It was nothing short of fabulous!! What a fantastic find, we just happened to walk by and read the menu posted outside the door. I saw Burrata on the menu and was sold. I love Burrata. If you don't know what that is....find out. I'm very picky about Burrata as well...it has to be real, good authentic Burrata and not mozzarella masquerading like something it's not. Tulio's designs an absolutely delicious dish for its Burrata. Excellent flavours, beautiful presentation and unbeatable price. We started our evening with some Prosecco and nice warm bread service. I had the Burrata to start and my fiancé had the Escarole Caesar salad. You already know how I felt about the Burrata, and my fiancé really enjoyed the salad as well. We had the Butternut Squash Ravioli and the Sweet Potato Gnocchi as our mains. Both were MELT IN YOUR MOUTH delicious!! We enjoyed a glass of Vermentino and Nebbiolo with our dinner and finished the evening with a Gelato for him and an amazing Affogato for me!! As a nice little surprise, Shasta our brilliant server brought us some Limoncello on the house to put the proverbial cherry on the cake of a wonderful evening out. You would never guess Tulio's was part of a hotel, but it is. It is a beautiful and charming venue. The kind of place you'd take someone you really wanted to impress. A shout out to Shasta who was delightful and to Paul, the Restaurant Manager who took the time to come by our table and chat for a while. If you're in the downtown Seattle and you want a great place to have a lovely dinner, we would recommend Tulio's without a doubt. You will pay a little extra but it will be well worth it. Kudos to Executive Chef Pisano and his wonderful team for an absolutely fantastic experience!!

I stayed at the Kimpton Hotel Vintage Seattle over Veteran's Day weekend last November and was coming back from a day of adventuring when I realized I was literally starving. I tried to get a table at Tulio for a bite to eat (late lunch/early dinner type situation) but they were closing...! It was 2:25pm and I was THAT person, I ordered the gnocchi to go. I ended up eating it in my room which was not a big deal but I know it would have been even better if I was able to dine in. I was just pleased that Sharon was still able to accommodate me. Obviously the restaurant was empty, even though two individuals came in while I was waiting for the gnocchi to be cooked and packaged up. Both were turned away. Overall, the food was good and I was a little bummed I didn't have the opportunity to order on a different occasion during my stay.

The ambience is fabulous. The menu not long but extensive choice for all tastes. Our companion was gluten and nightshade intolerant and the kitchen prepared a special plate for her.

Wonderful. The food is delicious, the ambience is intimate and quiet, and the service is fabulous. I try to swing by here every time I'm in Seattle. It's worth the uphill walk! ? Note - do yourself a favor and try the sweet potato gnocchi starter. It might be my favorite dish of any restaurant!

Fantastic lunch or dinner spot. Today we were there for a business lunch. Disappointing (For them) it was so slow on Valentines Day however the food and service were both outstanding! Highly recommend!

What a nice place! Accomidating and friendly. Everything was excellent. We tried the lamb, steak, fish, and ravioli. Everything was great! Shasta was attentive and helpful, and we all had a good time.
