If I have the option to give negative rating, I would give-100.The staffs are ridiculously rude, they do not have good attitudes toward customers, instead they would serve customers with "I don't want to help you" type of attitude, so they can put away the responsibilities.OVERALL, THIS IS THE WORST T-MOBILE BRANCH YOU COULD EVER FIND IN TH WHOL SEATTLE AREA, so please do not waste your time,energy and money to even try to go here.
