Terrible experience here. Was charged extra $100 for doing after hours drop off even when told it was an option. Contacted management and was only offered a partial refund despite their error. No parking available. Starting Gas was much lower than they reported, luckily I took pictures of this and wasn't charged extra here at least, glad I double checked. This place is a scam. Buyer beware!

This location has many vehicles to choose from with a courteous and knowledgeable staff. I have utilized the services here since 2016 and have never been disappointed.

I walked in to get my propane tank filled. The woman working the counter was on a personal call (on speakerphone). I listed to the profanity for 15 minutes before I couldn't take it anymore and just went and bought a new tank. Many other customers walked out too.

0* For this location I reserved 15" truck on 1/24/24 2pmI was checking milage and gas both wasn't correctMilage was 1 mile over that shouldn't be problem but gas was lower than what was showingAnd truck was making lots of noise from the mufflerI asked to guy change the truckAnd Maneger old lady came out she said it's normal noiseI said I m rented uhaul truck since year 2000 about 500 timesAnd I'm semi driver for moving company And I know that noise not normalI said ok can you just do adjustment on fuelBecause I can't do it due to no signal on my phone screen wasn't going throughShe said to me I m not giving you service refund your money go somewhere elseShe throw me out from the storeShe was yelling at me to leaveShe was very rude and unprofessional terrible customer serviceWhen I have right ask her change my truck because of muffler issue even they have several truck that can be replaced but she didn't want to do itI was agreed to take ot just asked her fix the fuel level she refused to fix it instead she throw me out

Wish I knew there's no parking for our vehicles. I had to park across the street or somewhere more secured at whole foods. So I opted for whole foods. Not a close walk back to u haul facility. Good thing it's not raining right now but that's a huge inconvenience... If I knew, I wouldn't went to a different location instead. Never again here....

Julie is an AMAZING human being! She's hilarious, personable, and extremely helpful given my moving needs. She went above and beyond for helping ensure my vehicle was properly ready for towing. Julie also made me smile and feel welcomed. Highly recommend, thank you! 10/10

Bad experience but ultimately was able to rent a van and accomplish what I needed, so giving this location a 2 out of 5. Detailing my experience below for other customers' awareness in case this happens to others. We were told that the U Haul van we renting was out of gas and that we would need to put gas into the tank. We were told we would be credited $23 if we filled the tank to 1/4 full. When we turned on the vehicle, the gas meter showed that it was well below the empty line. We drove to the nearest gas station which had gas for $5.50/gal. We looked up the vehicle's gas tank capacity which looked to be 31gal. Meaning filing it to 1/4 would be over $40. The credit offered would not cover this expense. To be given a vehicle with no gas and offering a credit that would not cover the expense seemed like a scam to get customers to fill the vehicle's tank. This location should not be renting out vehicles that do not have any gas.

They cancelled on us two days before we had to move saying they didn’t have a large truck in stock. We had to scramble last minute to find something that could carry our stuff and ended up going with Budget Rental instead.

I rent from U-Haul frequently and this location is terrible.The guy inside to check out our truck was extremely rude, to us and his colleague. When telling him we'd like to drop off in a different location he said we can't do that because they own the trucks. Telling us we can't because we booked for the same location is one thing but staying all the trucks must come back here is another.We also received our truck with hardly any gas. Once we came back to return they would not allow us to do so in person and said we must use the app. This wouldn't have been a problem if they told us before hand but instead we were stuck walking around for 39 minutes just to get the app downloaded and working. I would not rent from this location again.

I was not given the printed contract and instructions on how much gas to refill the tank with before picking up my uhaul on 7/15/23, which is usually standard procedure. Id like to note that I did not receive it by email either. The uhual had 1/2 a tank of gas when I picked it up, and when I added gas before returning it I did not know how much gas to add (because I was not given the print out). I added 4.5 gallons which cost me over $20, and I returned the Uhaul with 2/3 a tank of gas (more than it had when I picked it up). They did not credit my account or give me a partial refund for the extra gas I bought for them. The staff did not explain this to me before pickup and did not have a good explanation when I returned it. They apologized for not giving me the printout (and said it was their mistake), they told me they would start a claim for me using my phone number, but I have not received any contact or service since. At other uhauls they have given me a credit to repay me for any extra gas I purchased. I know because I have used Uhaul two other times this year (at the Ballard location). This location needs to do better. Go to the Ballard location instead, they're great over there.

Terrible. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The furniture dollys I requested weren't there (apparently first-come-first-served. Without the dollies, the truck rental is a moot point. I asked them to call a nearby location and they told me they couldn't so I had to do it. I waited on hold for 20 minutes because the telephone number listed for the nearest location went to your main switchboard. They told me the other location had 22 dollies so I asked her to reserve two for me. When I got there they laughed and said they never had 22 dollies and had only reserved one for me. I had to wait until someone returned another. I couldn't park my car onsite (had to park several blocks away after driving around for 20 min) and had to do my own walk around and note damage that wasn't listed. When I returned the truck I accidentally hit the back button and was unable to proceed with the checkin. Horrible customer experience. Will not ever use you again and tell everyone I can the same.
