My first ever experience with U-Haul was with this location and I'm so glad it was. The guys working here were personable, funny, and made the whole process very clear; I wish I remembered their names! The prices make U-Haul a reliable option too. Thank you for helping us move :))

rude employees all around. one who couldn’t get even 7ft from the door before giving more respect and care to their vape pen. chill out on that in front of customers. it’s disgusting and disrespectful. word of advice to people moving, never buy u-haul brand tape.

Worst customer service ever. Manager was too lazy to move the van that I reserved, gave me a different one. I went to a different location. AVOID RENTING HERE.

I had a bad experience with uhaul Ballard. The employee who initially rented me the cargo van made a point of asking me to get it back by 3 because of a customer that came after. After signing the papers I took a video of the vehicle and a picture of the dashboard. At this time I didn't know that he had listed the starting mileage much lower than it actually was. While I was out, the cargo van battery died. I called roadside assistance, they were very helpful but the maintenance was late so it added an extra hour to my time. I tried calling the store 3 times to inform them of what happened, but it kept going to the central line so I asked someone via the app to let them know. I ended up returning the van around 3:20, which they were fine with. I realized a bit later the mileage discrepancy so I went back to the store to correct it. The employee I worked with, Zebediah Lane, started out by blaming me for not showing the pictures I had taken of the dashboard at the beginning of my trip to someone and that he couldn't do anything about it and I'd have to deal with it the next day. He was very rude with me through this interaction, aggressive and he snapped at me. I still haven't had my issue resolved.

Spent all morning calling all over trying to find a U-Haul place who would take a one-way rental back where it wasn’t scheduled to be taken back. The man on the phone agreed and said they’d be happy to take it back. But when I got to the location, a manager who was so soft-spoken that I couldn’t understand what he was saying when he was turned away from me, would look at me when I was taking, was very rude, refused to help me drop off the U-Haul and told me he was going to charge me $500 to make an exception and didn’t give me any viable options. I will never use U-Haul again, especially not this location.
