Pick up and drop off went smoothly. There was a problem with the odometer reading on the paperwork compared to the vehicle reading. I called as soon as I realized there was a problem and they were quick to correct it. I appreciated the good customer service.

The van we rented was clean well equipped and easy to drive. I especially liked the awesome wide pull-out ramp. The staff was pleasant and efficient. Even the price was really good. I will definitely rent from UHaul again.

Karla and Chella were so nice, polite, and went above and beyond assisting me with making a reservation for my relocation out of state. I was impressed with their knowledge of services and products offered. We discovered that it is cheaper if I tow my own car with a Uhaul trailer. You ROCK ladies, keep up the good work!

Used my haul truck for 5 miles today, literally. Was charged for 3 gallons of gas. This place literally steals your money. Stay away.

I think I made an error on my part not confirming the gas level in the actual truck via my phone check-in vs. what was written on my contract.
I called them the following day as I could not complete the after hours check-in due to this discrepancy.
They believed me, and issued a refund for the gas that was never used/never in the tank to begin with. The attendant who I got the truck from initially was prompt & polite, and the attendant who transferred me to the store manager the following day was great, and the manager himself was polite, issued a refund, assured me that it happens sometimes and how to avoid this in the future. 10/10 service.

Above and Beyond! I just moved to West Seattle and was traveling from another state, and my pick up experience in Texas was really rough. Let’s just say I wasn’t looking forward to visiting another U-Haul to drop off my rental. I arrived and the guy at the front desk, I didn’t get his name, greeted me and told me to bring my Truck and Auto Transport to the front and he would check me out. I pulled to the front and attempted to take my car off the transport, and it was DEAD. After driving 30 hours, tired and frustrated I didn’t know what to do. The guy told me not to worry, and offered to jump my car. He pulled around, hooked my car to his and helped get it started! I was so relieved and thankful for the amazing customer service I received!

I want to take a moment and say that Andy is perhaps the best employee I have ever met at UHaul, and damn near most other places. I had reserved a vehicle for 9:30am and came in at 9:20. There was a line almost 10 deep, and just Andy working. Unfortunately a few customers had more complicated issues which took time, (such as someone 17 hours overdue for returning the vehicle someone else had reserved) Andy constantly checked in on everyone to see if someone was just dropping off as a way to move things along and he would apologize for the delay as it was only himself there. He worked from two counters at the same time, one on hold with UHaul, while checking out others. His service, attitude, and effort were beyond exemplary and that is what a UHaul should set as the Gold Standard. When I checked my vehicle out, there was one issue and he also handled me promptly while dealing with two others. When dropping off, he was again apologetic and so polite/professional.
