Even though the company over the phone kept not logging my move correctly which led to multiple set backs, Yvette at this location helped me out so much and did an amazing job finding my U-Box, setting the trailer up, getting me on my way, on top of managing all the work as the only employee there this afternoon. So a huge THANK YOU Yvette!!

Great experience renting a trailer at U-haul at Othello Station. Easy to reserve online. Great communication. Very helpful when I asked to reschedule because of the weather.

It was easy to rent a truck. I followed the directions on the u-haul app to check to the truck out and check it back in. Easy peasy. The people at the MLK U-Haul location are so friendly and helpful every time I rent a truck from them.

John, the General Manager, was awesome, accommodating and genuinely kind. We had just moved to Seattle from across the country, and he went above and beyond. Not only did he provide excellent service with our UBox access and truck rental, but he also shared detailed recommendations for interesting things to do around the city. It was truly a pleasure working with him.

I’m very disappointed with U-Haul’s service. When I picked up the truck, the gas tank was not full, but they still charged me $200 for fuel, claiming I didn’t refill it. I returned the vehicle in the same condition I received it. This is completely unfair and feels like a scam. Customer support was no help at all. I will not be using their services again and I don’t recommend them to anyone.

Says it’s open till 8 on fridays on google and on the window at the store. I arrived at 720 and no one was there. So I just wasted 40 bucks on an uber there and 40 bucks on an uber back

Owner of this branch was very reasonable and accommodated my crazy scheduling and poor communication.
Install was done on time and at the most reasonable price I could find in Seattle.

I went here to fill two propane tanks. There was one employee on staff who politely asked me to wait as they were the only employee. I patiently waited my turn for 25 minutes. At which point I went inside and was informed that they were all out of propane. I said thank you, and they advised me to try the gas station across the street. Every U-Haul I’ve been to in the last three years was wildly understaffed and always takes such a long time to get anything done.

I run a local moving company, and deal with Uhaul locations all over the North West. The staff and especially John are amazing to work with and the only team in the area that is CONSISTENTLY RELIABLE.

Staff over charges and misreports gasoline level if you get upset because they take forever to acknowledged you. A spiteful staff member that took 15 -20 minutes to acknowledge me misreported the gasoline content in response to me say that I was leaving and declined to move the truck where he wanted. I said he could do it as I was leaving. Also I never asked for or wanted safemove and I called immediately when I noticed it on the receipt and the manager said they would remove it yet they never did. So 45$ charge for that 20$ charge for fueling and 32$ for fuel. What a rip off this is the only location I have ever had issues with I suggest never going here.
