Small bank with big customer service. If all banks were like Umpqua we'd all be impressed.

Just take a photo, do not use the service.

Not a bank I would recommend! I've been a member for many years but will be changing soon. They are deceiving about what they have to offer as a bank, service use to be better but now you get misinformation and mislead about the services they have. I was out of the country when they blocked my access to my account and deleted my security questions due to system improvements so I had to fly back to get it fixed. I was treated horribly when I went to the bank and was advised by the branch manager that I could change banks. After being with them for 30 years I told her I will and I already have a lawyer on it because of what they put me through.

Teller wouldn’t break a 10 for a roll of quarters.

One of the most awkward and uncomfortable visits I've ever had to an Umpqua location. Most other branches have a stellar service experience.

I've always had great service from the tellers at this location. I am loyal to Umpqua bank because of their care and attention to detail.

Good experience every time I've been in. The folks really know what they're talking about, and are clearly invested in what they're doing!

I love this particular location. All umpqua branches are all quite good with excellent service but I wanted to point this branch out specifically. Amity and the entire crew is absolutely amazing and it's always enjoyable to stop by and chat with them. They're all super nice and eager to help with my banking needs. Response time is also amazing when I email them with questions and requests. The only negative is that there is no parking and so now that I moved offices, it's hard to find time to make the longer walk there. Maybe they can validate parking at one of the local garages?

While I still consider Umpqua Bank to be the worlds greatest bank this store upholds absolutely zero of the Umpqua culture atmosphere or values. No one ever says hello welcome or anything! It's a stand in line and wait your turn kind of place. I understand they've had a decent amount of turn over including management but something has to be done to this location. As a customer and stock holder for almost 17 years I've seen some of the most amazing talent and over the top customer service from Umpqua but not at this location. For the usual amazing talent and customer service check out locations at Westlake, Greenwood or West Seattle to name a few!

Umpqua is no doubt, the worlds greatest bank! Every location I have been to has always been a joy, and this particular downtown location is extremely excellent. Everyone here is so pleasant and you can really tell that they love what they do. They are always helpful when you need assistance or have any questions. Along with having great people, the bank itself is also wonderful! Umpqua helps give back to the community by volunteering and supporting local companies. And they are sincere about it too. There's nothing better than that! And of course it's always nice being able to walk in and get a cup of free coffee, cookies, or chocolate (plus ice cream in the summer). Overall I've always had great experiences at Umpqua, and I'm very happy to be banking with them. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a genuine relationship with a bank. Thank you you guys for always being awesome!

I have to say, this is the weirdest bank I've ever been to. In a good way. Example #1: When we came in to open our account, after they completed the paperwork, they said, "Hang on, you get a free bag of coffee." I assumed they would hand us a pre-sealed bag of some local kind of coffee. Nope. They open up a cabinet and start shoveling fresh beans into a bag. What? THEY ROAST THEIR OWN BEANS. Seriously. What? Amazing. Example #2: They sponsored a craft show I attended. A local craft show. Granted, a big one, but still.... a bank sponsoring a craft show.... It blew my mind. It just proves that they are committed to local businesses and events and are willing to back it up. No lip service here. Example #3: When I opened my new business, I knew I was going to open an account with Umpqua for sure. I asked them if they would donate some coffee for our grand opening event and was delighted when they agreed. When I arrived to pick up the coffee, I found that they had put together gift bags stuffed with coffee, a coffee mug, mints, pencils, -- all kinds of loot. Awesome! Example #4: They have COOKIES and sometimes ICE CREAM. For free. Just sitting there waiting for you to come into the bank and eat them. Yes! Example #5: When we opened our account, they said we could come in and use their conference room if we ever had a meeting and didn't have a place to meet. Really? Thank you! I highly recommend them. Obviously.
