I scheduled a nice restroom trailer for our Girl Scout event for two weeks. Sadly, our lodge was destroyed in an arson fire, and the restroom trailer was supposed to be a nice comfort for the 65 high school girl, volunteers and 45 adult volunteers at the two week camp.
Instead, after paying $2650 the trailer never showed up and I never received a phone call. After a long day volunteering at camp, I spent nearly an hour on the phone talking to multiple people. In the end, we never received the trailer and they promised my credit card would not be charged. Three weeks later and they had fine. They had charged my card and still have not refunded it.
The worst part is we were really counting on that restroom for use at our outdoor camp.
I was promised the supervisor/manager would give me a call back and that never happened either.
Very dishonest business, Please be careful dealing with them.

I've used them a bunch of times for my jobs. They gave my phone number and name to a third party without my permission. Will definitely rethink our relationship moving forward.

Didn't rent from here but wanted to give feedback, we called a few places to get quotes and this place was by far the most annoying place to get a quote from .. the phone system itself takes a while to get through to a live person .. you also have to input your zip code, which is fine except for when you reach a live rep they ask you the same questions you already input. NEXT, they want all your input before hand, before they tell you the cost. My husband called two places and got two quotes while the lady was asking for the spelling for my full name. Please, update your system and try calling others to compare customer experience! Thanks

They have left a tipped over toilet running blue liquid mixed with human waste down the residential street where I live for over a week now. I have reported it twice and they always lie about getting it taken care of.

This "gentleman" decided to park diagonally to service their potty and block the only road in and out of my neighborhood in Issaquah. My kids ended up being late to school because he would NOT move his car. He tried to pretend I wasn't there, then That he couldn't hear me. He tried to tell me he was only there 5 seconds, even though I'd been in my car waiting far longer than that. I pointed out he could simply move up 6 inches, a foot and he's Be straight along the side of the road vs the middle. He thought this was funny and laughed, a lot, but did nothing. He tried to tell he had to be right against the potty for service and when i pointed out the LONG hose I'd already seen him using he again laughed long and hard but again did nothing. So, if you hate your neighbors, use this service.

Took over a previous company's contract and increased the price without notification to the customer. Refused to honor the previous company's price. Drivers unable to find the site multiple times where there were no issues with the previous company.

The ride share pottys at SEATAC garage parking lot are in in absolutely deplorable state. You guys seemingly never come out to clean them at all. They are unsanitary and dehumanizing. The previous service provider did exceedingly well and I'm not sure why they got replaced

Ordered a portable toilet trailer that was never delivered, (At least not before we have left) scheduled it delivered a day early assuming that was sufficient and was assured by the rep it would be. Every time I called I was told someone would reach out from “operations” but have never gotten any call. Phone reps can’t even contact the yard people except through email, which is obviously a bad practice. Don’t waste your time or money on an unreliable service. Zero communication. Just hoping I can get my money back now. Will not use USS for personal or business use any longer.

If i could give 0 stars i would, it seems like they have quite a lot of trouble coming out to clean your port a potties but have no problem taking your money.
