I brought my car in for service and experience was a 10/10. I had all kinds of ridiculous questions and concerns and summer really went above and beyond to answer all of those for me and help me get what I needed done! I will definitely be coming back!

My car was having intermittent issues. Took it in and was helped by Summer. She was very polite and knowledgeable. She directed me in the right steps to take to get the issues with my car fixed. Overall my experience was great and I will be back for any other issues I may have in the future.

definitely appreciated the courteous and pleasant interaction with the young woman in the service department. I think her name was Summer. She was able to turn my frown upside down when I received disappointing news about my car. she took care of my scheduling issue and I left with a smile. Thanks University Volkswagen. I'll be back

Terrible business and terrible business practices. gave me incorrect information over the phone which led me into spending over $500 on a PRE PAID service I already had and they told me I have. I called my other Volkswagen I purchased the care through and they confirmed I have care. The women working there are obnoxious and rude and belittled me the whole time I was there. They clearly don't care about customer care at all. Kyle was the only person who stopped, listened, cared and helped us. I don't want to throw race into this but I am a black woman and he is also a Black man. Everyone else was not. Won't be coming back and will be steering people out of the way also. ZERO's across the board, except KyleThey're was also a language barrier which they used to their advantage to make me sign and get me into a legal binding contract about payment after they told me, my service was "free" since I had pre paid service. Smh

After two chatbot supposed set ups for a phone call from the service department, neither of which ever occurred, I decided to call University VW.That was a mistake. What I encountered was not help but simply a rude and redundant rebuffer when trying to set up an appointment. It is as if this place doesn't want business or, at least, seems to not care about treating the individual attempting to schedule it with courtesy.Shop elsewhere for your vehicle's needs.

I scheduled service for my 2018 Tiguan. I originally scheduled it online for 7:15 on 8/28, but never received an acknowledgment. I called to follow up and the representative told me that by scheduling online, I selected the main shop, but what I really wanted was the express. They scheduled me an appointment for today at 9:00. After working my way thru traffic for an hour, the representative told me that they had no record of my appointment, even though I showed the text confirming it. They told me it would be 4 hours for an oil change!!!I really hoped UW Volkswagen would be different, but they're not...

I went to the parts department just to pick up a new headlight bulb. Although Brandon went ABOVE & BEYOND! I wasn't expecting any assistance, but he swapped the new headlight bulb for me. From the moment of walking in the front door & back on the road took literally less than 10 minutes. Brandon you rock! He definitely deserves a raise!

Amazing location!!Ran into a slight logistical issue when picking up my wife's car, but the staff was able to make it up to me in a highly professional way. Everything they did made me feel like a valued member of the VW family.I had the honor and pleasure of interacting with both Adam Nunez and Bailey Decker who man the service desk (reception) with extreme dedication, care for their work, and utmost concern for customer needs.The manager, Ian Andreassen, was an absolute peach the entire time we tried to work out the issue.The paragon of professionalism!Recommend this location 1000%

Summary:Scam alert, they will charge you for an alignment even if you don't need one. We brought our car in for 5 year service with only 38,000 miles on it, shortly before this we had just worn through the first set of tires and had them replaced. UVW recommended we get an alignment. I suspected there was a chance we didn't need an alignment yet, but I trusted that if it did not they would only charge us for the labor of checking it. An alignment check is a complementary service at many tire and suspension shops, so a small fee for checking it should be the worst case scenario.When they returned the car to us, the 'before' on the alignment sheet shows the car was within tolerance, and then the 'after' shows some things in the red. I asked Kyle at the counter what it meant, and he said something like "there's something going on with the printer today."At this point I look closer at the alignment sheet and start doing math. The toe on the left and right and the steer ahead has to do when them turning the steering wheel when it is on the rack. Negative toe on the left wheel is it turned to the left, and positive toe on the right wheel is it turned to the left. Apparently the scam is to purposely handle the steering wheel procedure incorrectly so the second half of the alignment sheet shows things are out of tolerance, and then tell the customer the before and after got swapped.To UVW: You owe us a refund for this alignment.

This review is for their service department. I've been a customer at University Volkswagen since I moved to Seattle, and I wanted to specifically give a shout out to the professionalism and cleanliness standards of their service department during this COVID-19 Pandemic. I had to take my car in for service this week, and they had clear instructions to patrons for social distancing. All employees were wearing masks. They disinfected my keys and they just took all proper steps to make me feel as a customer, that they were serious about everyone's health and safety. They also had instructions for contactless payment, and just having these options clearly communicated made me feel really safe as a customer. And the car service itself was exceptional as always, and I appreciate getting a video clip for the diagnostic. I just wanted to send this review and express my deep appreciation for caring about the health of their customers and employees.

I love this place. I hate cars, they scare me and they know it. That is why I drive over thirty miles whenever I need anything done to my GTI to come to THIS SPECIFIC Volkswagen service center. Specifically, Chelsea and Mike. Recently I needed tail lights changed. I was spooked because they both went out at the same time so I thought it might be a fuse or something. Also, I didn't want to do it myself. I had business in Auburn so I first went to the Auburn Volkswagen. They SUUUUUCKED. (Please see that review.) Well, it turns out I also had an errand to run in Seattle and with the corona virus outbreak, traffic was quite light. So, I went to University Volkswagen. They changed my taillights while I sipped coffee, ate a blueberry danish and watched the cute mechanics. It took them about ten minutes and when was all done, they didn't even charge me! Do your brothers down in Auburn a favor, would ya? and give them a few pointers on customer service.

Really poor service here. We took our car in for a service, which was incredibly expensive in comparison to previous VW dealerships we visited prior to moving to Seattle. We discussed an appraisal for the car instead of having the work done, the quote was insulting. Upon paying for the service, the cashier didn't know what work had been completed on the car when I asked about tire rotation and other service items etc. And to top it off, we later sold the car involved for over 7x the quote provided by this dealership.

You can go to these folks with any problem and they will fix it efficiently, effectively, and reasonably. They are the best!
