Tried to drop off UPS ground. Pre-paid, pre-addressed, pre-labeled. Was informed that they cannot accept UPS ground outbound shipments.

When you go inside, go to the reception or cashier and they will help you quickly. I only had a package with a prepaid label and they scanned it and messaged me the receipt right away.

It’s in the fantastic little grocery on the corner- go in & look to the right- the customer service desk will help you. And they’re multi-lingual! And you can pick up some fresh vegetables too!

It’s definitely a UPS drop off location but it’s also a grocery store. If you talk to the cashiers they’ll take care of it and get you a receipt.
