Fast, friendly, and reasonable prices too; much better than official UPS stores. I only paid 2 bucks to print my UPS label, get a protective sleeve for said label, and get a poly bag for my item.

They don’t scan your ups drop off items at all and don’t give you a receipt. Instead they ask you to put your return items in a box that’s accessible to everybody that’s coming into the shop, and the lady is very impatient witI explaining why it’s done this way and what would happen if it’s stolen. This is so irresponsible!And when you ask for a receipt, she tells you she’s gonna charge you. For a receipt? For a prepaid return item? This is hilarious.Dude, if you are gonna do business for UPS, comply to their working style at least, thank you! And for those who are considering returning valuables through UPS, think twice when you come here. This is the worst drop off location I’ve ever ran into.
