Best shipping company! Had the best & most convenient experience from ShipShip with the help from Jimmy. Packages were sent on time, communication was amazing, and customer service was great! Will be using ShipShip for further deliveries in the future.

One of the most rude shipping stores I’ve been to. I’ve been here twice, as a last resort, in the past two years and each time I’ve had terrible customer service. Staff is rude and condescending when answering basic questions.
This place is no longer even a last resort for me. Stopped in today for an Amazon return, something I’ve been able to do in the past. There is no notice posted anywhere they no longer accept Amazon returns and the staff member who asked if I needed help, from across the store, let me know they “don’t do that anymore, we’re not UPS” as though it was clearly posted and I should have known about this change. Informing a customer of a change is one thing, yelling it out across the store as though I were a toddler that did something that needed reprimanding is another.

I don't know why they're not a UPS store anymore, but one star for not taking Amazon returns (which is probably the only reason I use a shipping store)

Poor business practice of charging $1 for using their tape. I bought a roll of tape and asked them if I could donate it to anyone else who needed to use tape. They said no.

I have no idea what purpose this store serves. Drove all the way here to drop off an Amazon return only to find out it's not a UPS location any more. Even though it shows up as one still on several online maps.

I will never come here again. It's embarrassing that as a shipping service, they take days just to send out the parcel. Service is also poor.
Main issue: I went in on Monday morning to send out a small package. I checked the tracking on Thursday and it said that the package was still at the Ship Ship store and has not yet been received by the mail carrier. I called the store and they said that USPS has not come by for a few days. This is ridiculous, as a shipping service you should do all that you can to get the mail out. If I worked there I would've gone to USPS myself on monday or tuesday at the latest to drop off the mail at the post office.
Secondary issue: Their excuse of USPS not coming by is hard to believe. Also my in-store experience was not great. I asked for help with sending a baseball cap. They chose a package but didn't tell me until I was paying that they were charging me for the package. I was expecting to get a flat rate/free package from USPS. Even if I had to pay they should've told me first. Then when I asked for the cheapest shipping option, they told me $20 with UPS, I said isn't USPS cheaper, then they said yeah it's $15. There were 5 guys just sitting there when I walked in. They really need management to step it up.

Used to go here all the time to return Amazon items. But since they don’t offer scanning QR codes anymore, the store’s usefulness just dropped dramatically. I guess we will use other UPS stores from now on.
