Should be Below of Zero starDo not use this UPS store. No responsibility, lazy staff. We returned 4 items in a package but the girl was so lazy she only scanned 3 items. She didn’t want to re-scan it again. They forced me to ship a package without scanning items in it. Ridiculous!

I have been to this location 1,000 times to do Amazon returns and occasionally ship packages. The staff always seems efficient and quick. I wouldn’t want to judge a place based on one employee having a bad day one time.

Cost $2 for just some tape for the Amazon return package that only has a small opening. The Roosevelt Square store has free tape.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. I am a former employee of this store.I can't speak to the quality of service received at the store (given the expectations may of the customers had, it was pretty low) but I can speak to the treatment that the owner gives the employees.The owner seems to think that the UPS store is destined to be a boring, soulless place, and he punishes employees who bring any semblance of energy or joy into the store accordingly. The leadership in this store is shouty, depressing, and rude, to both the customers and the employees. Essentially, they are bullies. If you are reading this with interest in working at this specific location, I strongly warn against it. Because the UPS store is in franchise, I cannot speak to the treatment of employees at other locations, and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.The interview process for this store is easy and just asks for your availability, with nothing asked of personality or work ethic, because that is exactly what they want you to be -- a doormat.EDIT: I would like to amend this review by saying that I have sine revisited this UPS Store, and the owner seems to have made significant improvements to the service, to the point that it almost seems like it is under new management. The newer employees are much friendlier, and it seems like overall the dynamic of the store has greatly improved. The store has earned an improved rating.

I use this store often and have always found the staff to be quick and able to process my task easily. Sometimes the line is long but that is not in their control.

Jimmy the owner is one of the most unprofessional people I've ever met. When I came in, I noticed how he was talking to both his employees and the rest of the customers like trash. I feel bad for whoever has to work under this man

Watch out for the kid named 'Danilo'.Happy to see that I was not the only one witnessing they kick customers out of door like kicking a dog during normal business hours. It's been years and turns out they are still the same kind. Not to even mention their famous '$1 for using our tape' dish. Now it looks this store is notoriously known for their deeds around the neighbourhood. If the owner ever see this, I suggest you make sure the kids you hired are well-educated by their parents. Otherwise we cordially wish you out of biz as soon as possible, which is the cost that your customers have to educate them for you.

Very unhelpful. I am constantly disappointed in their service. One star is the lowest but to be fair they do have free parking which is amazing for the city

I had a frustrating experience at this UPS store and cannot recommend it to anyone. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, which made things worse. I had already generated a shipping label from my online UPS account and only needed them to print it for a fee. However, they refused and suggested I print it on A4 instead. This is not a professional approach, and it's clear they don't value their customers or take their job seriously. I recommend finding a different location or service, where you can receive better customer service and expertise. As for me, I went to a different UPS store, and they were more than happy to offer the printing service

FedEx has problems shipping, I was told to take the scooter to be returned to the FedEx store, so I did, they said they couldn't take hazardous waste, but set me up with a call center that had me take it to another FexEx location. The second location refused to accept it, so back on the bus 1h each way, and they said I had to either take it to a location 20 miles away (not on a bus line) or have it picked up... To avoid the insane journey and carrying the 50 lbs + scooter (charger+packaging+super bulky & awkward) over a mile by foot I opted to have them pick up. The option they wanted was to leave the scooter outside of my building in the rain next to a homeless encampment, and after speaking to a manager at FedEx, he made a "special exception" for me to leave it outside my condo door on the 23rd floor, and they'd collect it the next day (Monday). So on Tuesday I called back (it's difficult because the "speak to a representative" option requires me to have an established account, as a private citizen the only option is "when you have your account number feel free to call us back; goodbye!") So after spending 2h trying to get a person they inform me they have no record of the scheduled pickup, and can set it for the next day (Wednesday). I agree and they finally picked it up. FedEx used to be reliable and do at least the bare minimum (I used to love FedEx) but what it's turned into is a nightmare. Seriously try and call FedEx for a pickup return (prepaid, label already on the box) without having an account number... One word... Impossible!!!
