Our friends were visiting and their 3-year-old left his favorite stuffy behind. I dropped it off at 6pm and it arrived the next day at 11am in Wenatchee, for a reasonable price. He was so happy. Thank you!

I had an awful experience with this UPS Store. I had a valuable package mailed to this location to avoid porch theft. According to the Proof of Delivery, a store associate signed for it, yet the franchise owner denies ever receiving the package. This raises serious concerns about accountability and potential misconduct by employees. This store has shown a lack of professionalism and responsibility. Needless to say, I do not recommend doing any business with this location.
**UPDATE** My package was lost and eventually found, but the process exposed serious flaws in their system. The store signed for the package before it was actually delivered, yet took zero accountability for its temporary disappearance. What's the point of signing for a package if it doesn't confirm proof of delivery and responsibility? It feels like there are opportunities for theft or negligence here. Disappointed and won't be returning.

I've been a customer here for about 5 years or maybe longer and am so grateful to work with the friendly, courteous and professional team here. John, Jill, Greg, and many others are great. Quick to help me with printing orders, shipping/returns, notarizing...you name it! I also set up a PO Box here for important paperwork and am glad I did. The mailbox is easy to access and convenient too. Thank you all for your hard work!

They'll have hidden charges to print a simple 1 page return label. $2.50 (it's not about the cost as this is nothing) but they will accept the terms on the computer before you can see it. Your card is charged before you can do anything. FEDEX does this for FREE. Service sucks!!

It's not often that I'd go out of my way to write a review for a 'short-term transactional' store like a UPS, but for this specific location I absolutely need to. This has been my local UPS/shipping/printing store for ~4 years now, and it's by far the best regular experience I've had in a store like this.
The staff are nice and friendly, always helpful. In addition to normal shipping stuff, I've also used them to print promo posters. The work has been great and the staff helped me make good, price-conscious decisions about sizes/materials.
The owner, John, seems like a great guy who takes pride in running a customer-centric store, and I appreciate the hell out of that.

Had to drop off a large and heavy Amazon return. They had shipping tape and scissors laid out for use (no charge). In and out super quick.

Outstanding customer service! Went in with an unusual packaging and shipping request for an odd assortment of items. They figured out the optimal way to pack and worked with me on options to reduce cost, e.g. using my AAA member discount. It is rare today to find associates with great depth and expertise along with exceptional customer service! Will return with all my shipping and packing needs
