Maybe you would be “balling” if you had better customer service and didn’t crack jokes about a customer in front of them.
I came into the shop today to buy boxes for moving and explicitly told it to the untrained 17 yr old up front. He proceeded to try and sell me $13 boxes, and then his older coworker laughed with him about the total. I had to interject and be like, um if you think this so funny, why not try and sell me the cheaper moving boxes?
Never going through UPS again.

Customer service is TERRIBLE, the delivery drivers skip over my residence when delivering and mark it as “couldn’t access” despite having notes on doors and very clear shipping directions.

The Amazon return drop-off was simple. There was just one employee working, but they were very helpful, even with the large number of items I was returning.

The manager of the store, Rita Smith, was exceptionally helpful and friendly and patient and knowledgeable. She was able to help me and other people very efficiently. Seriously, I had a great experience.

The associates in this store don’t know the essential knowledge about UPS's services and protocols. Instead of assisting customers, they were preoccupied with their own conversations.
During my recent visit, I mentioned UPS's partnership with the Real Real and that all UPS stores are supposed to handle packaging, shipping, and even printing labels for these shipments. However, I was told, "We don’t do that in this store." And when I asked not to stick a label directly on top of a valuable item, the response was, "What?"
Dear associates, It’s okay to acknowledge when you don’t know something and seek the necessary help from your senior/manager, rather than dismissing customer requests with incorrect information.

This UPS location is the worst. Every time I go here I think the customer service will get better. And every time it’s even worse than before. I’ve been going for the past year. No more!!!The lady with the glasses and frizzy hair (might be the manager) is so rude and disrespectful. She gives the wrong information every time and questions every thing you drop off here. The other people who work here are so much better than the manager, which is pretty sad. I’ve never had CONSISTENTLY bad service. Beware if you get the frizzy hair lady with the glasses, you’ll leave cursing her.
Oh. It’s the manager named “RITA”. Avoid at all costs!
