Horrible experience with printing an Amazon label. They charge two dollars just for logging in to the computer for 5 minutes

$6 to print 2 pieces of paper is beyond stupid. $2 for 5 min to start. $3 to extend. And $.50 a page to print. For a label and invoice. Only reason I needed to extend was because of the poor internet speed.

If zero stars was an option...that would be it. Hands down the worst customer service I have had in a while. I was given false information in store when shipping a birthday gift by an employee named Kalil who was extremely rude, I then called to ask about my package and I was told by another employee Rita at the store (who was even more rude AND BLAMED ME) that if I had an issue with the service I was getting to call the owner Grace...WHO DOES THAT!?! Oh and the number she gave me to call the owner was wrong....how shocking. I paid extra for a package to arrive on time and was given false information, while being spoken to like trash then redirected to call the owner. I've experienced poor customer service but this takes the cake. I would highly recommend going to a different location if you care about how you are treated and how your packages are cared for. No wonder people opt in to use Amazon.

Location is convenient so stuck using this location but they're completely inflexible and generally rude. Always a line. Can't get cell service and they're a pain with photos for Amazon returns. Hours aren't convenient if you work.

I have been coming to this location for a couple of years with no issues. Today I came in to send a package (which I already had the QR code for) so that was fine. However, I had also sent a package there for pickup (just to make sure it didn't get stolen). The lady at the counter asked for my id which I had but she said it wouldn't work because the address on my id didn't match my package. I offered her a tracker number but she said she needed something with my name and the other address. I joked that she could look at the package I was returning (which had the address she wanted) but she said she needed the shipping email so I said I would step aside so she could help other people. I showed her both the email from the company where I purchased the item AND the email from ups with the tracking info but both of these only had the UPS address (since that is where I had directed my package). She said neither of them would work, so I said I wasn't sure what more I could give her. At this point I was pretty frustrated (I have picked up packages many times without these issues!) but I wasn't raising my voice or being rude. She told me that I was getting snippy with her and she didn't appreciate it. Eventually I just walked out and one of the people in line came out and assured me that I wasn't crazy or acting inappropriately! It was such a frustrating and humiliating experience! I'm going to do my best to avoid this business and stick to FedEx if possible because they've always been really nice.

The middle aged female officer refused my pickup because apparently my passport & VISA is not government issued ID. This is first time I ever encountered this ridiculous situation. The service is rude and not respectful for people with different color working in the state. Passport should be our most reliable identification. When I showed her the UPS policy, she refused to look at it and turned away.

I called today (noon on a Saturday) and Zack took the time to go above beyond to help me verify an Amazon return by printing out an old QR code, retrieving the tracking information, sending me an email with the information and then following up by phone as well. I’m beyond impressed. I work customer service and Saturday’s are no joke. He could have easily asked me to come in but he went the extra mile so that I wouldn’t have to. Thanks again! You killed it!
