We use this drop off location for business but every time we are there, almost always another way that the operator invented to do things more efficient for themselves at the expense of customers. It is either drop here, no there, or a new spot. We found ourselves relying at the Ballard blocks location for better and simpler service.

the employee working the sunday shift tried to close 15 min early today, and gave a bad attitude to everyone who came in after that. y'all need to adhere to the hours you advertise; your customers are depending on it.

Uninformative. I called ahead and they failed to mention they’d charge me to print my label (the Wallingford location doesn’t charge). I walked in and they still didn’t mention it until after I had printed. I would’ve just gone to the library to print or to a different location.

I have been coming here for over five years and I actually created a Yelp account specifically because I saw all the reviews personally singling out one staff member unfairly. These negative reviewers are just being MEAN! The man they are griping about is not rude, he just has a quiet and reserved demeanor. He has always, always dealt with me patiently, courteously, quickly and professionally, he knows exactly what he's doing, he's the knowledgeable one the other staff members turn to when they need help, he has never hesitated to help me problem-solve and has always come through for me. Without him this store would likely not be half as awesome as it is. Complainers seem quick to point out a person's country of origin while knowing nothing about how challenging it can be for people from another culture to adjust to all our direct eye-contact and fake banter, and I can't even presume to know if that's the story and I don't think anyone here does because hello that's personal. Maybe he's just a quiet person! Is that so unforgivable? Did he do his job professionally and efficiently? I'm guessing he did. Did he kowtow and act like your "bestie?" Hello, he's not your maître d', he's shipping a package for you. If gushing, phony-smile customer service is so crucial in your opinion then go ahead and dock a star, but leave a one-star review??? One-star reviews are for places that rip you off, or don't honor posted hours, or get prices mixed up, or have consistently unsanitary conditions, or staff that don't do their jobs... does this store really deserve to be ranked among those? We all know there's a certain segment of overprivileged reviewers who seem addicted to abusing Yelp for their own petty sadism. If I was behind the counter having to wait on such people, I'd be annoyed, too. Did somebody come here during rush-hour and have to wait in line? Oh, the injustice! Was it during the holidays, perchance? Did the staff not bring refreshments and hot towels? How long was the line? four-deep? Five?I've almost never had to wait in line here, and when I have, the line is normally not more than two people ahead of me. My longest wait was during the holiday rush, and I think that was only six people ahead, and again, that was during the holiday rush. This store is always clean, the shelves are always stocked, the staff are professional and competent, they explain my options clearly, and they always come through for me, whether I need to have a package wrapped and shipped or need to do Amazon returns, which I do frequently, and which they handle lickety-split with no trouble whatsoever. I repeat, I do Amazon returns here frequently, and it has always, always been a breeze. I'd like to also highlight a bonus in that this store has unusually good greeting cards. If you want something more interesting than the generic fare, give this store a try. The only drawback in my opinion is the lack of parking, but that's just how it is in Fremont. Five stars, no complaints.

The owner of this store saved the day with a last minute printing project. Every time I am in, I get quick and caring service whether it is for notary services or a large printing project. The owner is very knowledgable and able to troubleshoot almost anything even while training up staff and helping multiple customers at once. The prices are the best I've found around here and I'm grateful for them. My only wish is that they opened a bit earlier.

I went in today to do few amazon returns and it was a disaster. The guy did not know what he was doing. Due to this he made me scan each return twice. And with all this confusion they did not process one return properly and it was a $100 return

Contrary to what others are saying, the Korean manager was really nice to me- once a couple years ago because I've never returned a package before, and this time again, I just didn't own big tape but everything was together except for one side. They helped me package it and showed me how to do it both times and were really nice about it!

The manager there is constantly annoyed at everything and absolutely shows it to many of the customers. I always have good experiences with the employees but the older, bald gentleman is an absolute nightmare to deal with every single time, I can't imagine having to work under him.

[Do not get passport size photos clicked here] I got passport size photos clicked for me and my Fiancee. They were rejected by the American consulate quoting the background was not white but off-white instead. I was charged ~$37 for those photos which were a waste. I would suggest not to get passport photos clicked here.For other services, like dropping a package, I think the experience was overall good.

The Asian guy in the front is so rude and unwilling to help with proper packaging and receiving. I have come to this place 4 times now with simple Amazon returns have left disappointed every time. The Asian guy, who I believe may be the owner yells at the customers. I avoid this place even though it is walking distance from my place of work.

Easy to print and mail things here. Always a pleasant atmosphere and they helped me fix a bag when it didn’t quite fit what I was mailing.

Friendly, efficient, very positive. These guys could not have been greater. Thank you so much. I sent back that bizarre wierd poor fitting t-shirt with a rumpled collar. I will always go here to do this if needed.
