The employee who helped me was so polite, professional and helpful, while: the phone was ringing, there were 3 customers behind me and a woman trying to get his attention by waving her cell phone at him.

I do a lot of shipments weekly and by far the QA UPS store is my favorite…they are quick, efficient and so friendly. I think the manager’s name is Pammy…she is the best. I know my shipments will arrive on time and appreciate her attention to details to insure so. (Plus she is a joy to see on my weekly errands….) all the employees are great. Highly recommend!

I live within walking distance and have used this store for Amazon returns, mailing packages, secure shredding. Every every time I have gone, I have left so happy. They are kind and helpful and cheery. I am moving and will miss them.
I default small packages to US Mail right down the street (I just love US Postal Service), but for above mentioned service, I love this location and the professionals there.
My local UPS guy’s name is Travis and he is wonderful. Anyway, go to this store for great service and advice on packaging. Don’t forget you can bring your shredding here. Good gawd I saved so much time during my move not shredding myself.

They will lie and make up any reason to not refund for a late delivery ... and they once refused to refund an empty flat box I had purchased and was returning un-used 2 hours later. It's the lady boss who is crazy. Workers tend to be quite good.

due the error of the worker here , I was overcharged ~$500 in customs fees for literally old shoes and bags I shipped in a personal move that he coded as me sending gifts... then trying to get this corrected was HELL and I had to pay this fee and am trying to see if I can get my money back. Truly the worst and most frustrating experience. Their customer service is pointless and they don't even care about customers to help at all. Both this store and broader UPS I would not recommend to anyone. If I could sue them for this I would because you are utterly helpless and have to take on the costs for their mistakes.

not just this store...ups as a whole is scammy & they will overcharge you. I've had much better times with fedex or even usps who are faster, and more transparent. They didn't inform me of fees when I shipped items and then had to shell out several hundred dollars and pick up my items myself (wouldn't help with changing a delivery address due to their own mistake). Please do not ever use them
