$10 holding fee for a single day, even after already paying to have it shipped and the package arriving during the workday. Terrible hours so you are guaranteed to miss pickup the first day and get charged. Lesson learned, I will never use UPS again.

Horrible location. Never answer phones. Are unhelpful. Lost my package with new iPhone in it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is my go to ups store but my recent experience was not very good.I was there to just drop off a box with fragile items and asked a staff member for a fragile sticker. The store was empty. He said "ok" and proceeded to place my box somewhere aside as the machine printed my receipt. I stood there for a minute after the guy handed me a receipt and said "that's all" expecting him to proceed with my ask but he ignored me and eventually I left. I didn't want to be that person and called my husband to get his opinion if it would be appropriate to go back and *demand* the sticker cause i was still observing the guy/my box through the windows. He said not to be that person and trust the staff member's judgement.You already know where this is going. The box arrived to a destination without a sticker. Thankfully I made sure the contents were well packed, but box did not look good :cI don't want to sound rude and demanding especially during this holiday season with people sending presents, but i feel like this is a bare minimum task. The box already had shipping label on, store was empty, it's not that hard to just put a sticker or even give me one so i can stick it myself. Very disappointed

Come here a lot. Like every week. Employees are friendly, fast service, and great to deal with. 1,000,000 times better than the post office.

Charging @3$ to print out a sheet that’s free a few blocks away at the library seems steep but if ppl will pay that? I’d keep raising the rates till my profit maxed out. The 3⭐️ review is for the passive aggressive attitude I observed while a lady tried to use copy machine. I’ll probably be avoiding this ups for others nearby.

I had a moderately bad customer service experience with an employee at this UPS store, which I spoke to his manager about. It was regarding privacy and this person opening my package without my concent. He was unapologetic and dismissive about it. That's what sparked the conversation.I talked to the manager of this location and didn't want to write a review. Then, I recieved my package in the mail today and noticed that not only had he opened it again, he'd removed custom, collectible dolls from their packaging, ripping the plastic and boxes in the process and returned the dolls to the boxes, both turned around backwards. Look dude. I get it. You had a bad day at work because a customer complained that you weren't providing good customer service when you invaded her privacy. Seems like you wanted to continue to have a bad year by tampering with someone's mail and making it so that now I've leveled a financial claim against the store. Why dude? What did I do to you? You have yourself listed as a customer service professional. I can assure you that you need retraining. I'm sorry to the owners of this store that you are their employee, because she seemed nice when we spoke. But you ripped my packages, removed their contents, and turned them around backwards before sending them to me. You're as wrong for that as you were wrong to remove my items from the bag I'd packed them in when I first came into your store. Seriously dude.

Needed to ship two parts this AM. Showed up at 8:30 AM promptly and waited for 15 mins and no one showed to open the store. Came back at 9:15 AM and the owner had just opened the store. One of the parts had an original box and was $20 to ship. Fine. The other (exact same) part needed a box and packing. They had limited supply of boxes and wanted $30 just to box and pack the other part (not counting the $20 shipping) because the only box they had was oversized.... I said I would just box it myself for that price and to please sell me the supplies. The price for the box, stuffing and tap, with me packing it myself was $26. The labor was not the issue. My guess is that the box, tape and stuffing would be less than $2.60. Guess they need a 1000% mark up at this store. So much for local ownership. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the market up and owner said there was nothing he could do. Guess he does not need my business.

Worst experience I've ever had with a UPS Store. Had them pack and ship very fragile set of dishes that were my grandmothers. Asked for big box with lots of padding. Plates were crammed into one box and three pieces broke. I paid for $300 in insurance. Claiming loss of $220 and they have only reimbursed me for one plate. Endless hours on phone and email trying to get this resolved It's now been 8 1/2 months and I give up. Totally incompetent. If you pay to have the store pack, damages should be covered, no questions asked, like at other UPS Stores. This has been an insane and very, very frustrating experience. I would avoid this store at all costs.

I have absolutely no idea why anyone would give this UPS shop less than 4 or even 5 stars. The employees have been nothing but kind and accomodating. In fact, they helped me set up my mailbox while I was living temporarily in Florida for the primary purpse of shipping items I could not fit in my car during my final journey to Seattle - it's a long drive from FL to Seattle!I highly recommended doing business with the Roy St. UPS!!
