This UPS Store currently is rated 2.5 stars. That is too high, in my opinion. I was charged $9 to ship an item with a prepaid shipping label. They charged me $3 to print the label, $2.20 for a box, and $3 for using two strips of packing tape. That is correct, they charged more for the use of their packing tape than the price of the box. The fact that I would be charged for using their tape was also never communicated to me until I asked about it during checkout. Absolutely scum business practices.

Girl was on personal call. Does not know how to prioritize multitask. Takes her time. I hope they pull cameras to watch the efficiency. She leaves everything all over.

Edit July 2025: Lines are even longer and slower, 1 person working, 1 in the back chilling, another girl on her breaking drinking Starbucks. The 1 person working is taking passport photos and doesn't even know how to do it properly, so 9 people standing here and nobody at counter while she's in the back trying to figure out what a JPG is.

2025 Update-this use to be a great little packaging store. I think it was acquired and now it's hit or miss.
I love this place. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Today I was helped by Kayla who went above and beyond to help me with an issue.

I called this store for help with a local shipment. The first time the man just hung up on me in the middle of me talking. I called back and a lady answered the phone and just laid the phone down when I was trying to explain my concern about my package. They did not speak English very well and did not even try for one second to understand what I was explaining. Very rude and no help what so ever.

0 star. They had one person working during the busiest hour and took 20 minute to drop off/ scan one package. Any other UPS will be in and out in 30 seconds

I wish I could give zero stars because that’s what this store deserves! Better make sure to buy insurance for your packages!! They can claim anything to be counterfeit and send it for disposal! WHICH IS BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!!!! Their worker watched my seller package inside the store. I 100% believe this worker wanted my package. It never made it out the store and was sent for “disposal”. After posting to a few Facebook groups, what I have found out was, THIS HAPPENS A LOT!! And the packages do NOT go for disposal, the workers keep the packages!!! Came STRAIGHT from old employees!!
UPS WORKERS ARE NOT TRAINED ON EVERY ITEM TO KNOW OF THEY ARE COUNTERFEIT! HOW DO THE WORKES KNOW I DIDNT WANT A FAKE ITEM???????????? Not only do the workers INTENTIONALLY steal! The company, UPS made a “policy” to help the thieves!!! I have been on a war path posting on every group I know and making everyone aware of this and THIS store!!!!! They have sticky fingers at this one!!
