Unable to print your own return labels, so you are forced to pay their upcharged fees because they've disabled the printer/copier. Total ripoff on mailing envelopes if they cannot provide you with UPS packaging. Will not be back again even though it's convenient.

Staff was rude and impatient on the phone. I was asking simple questions and ended up being lectured. Kinda confusing how someone can be so condescending and rude when you are trying to get them business.

Rupesh gave me excellent customer service took the time out to explain all my options and let me explore what decision I would like to make. Its always amazing to receive top tier customer service especially with the hustle and bustle of the holiday season!

12/04/24: The store did not open by 9:20 AM and I finally left. They did not answer the phone and there was no sign on the door. Very unprofessional. Wasted trip and I was late for a meeting.

I brought three items to return to Amazon on July 26th and none of them made it back to Amazon. Just like the other person said it was an Asian man with glasses and he was very rude and would not give me a receipt. I was supposed to get approximately $52.00 in refunds.

This is the best shipping store I have ever been to!
Staff was very sweet, I didn't get his name because it was busy. They had everything I could need and it is in a convenient and clean location downtown. To the people who are angry about waiting, have some patience, you are at the shipping office because you need some things done, this takes time; if you had all of the fixings in order you would have done door pick-up.

Extremely rude man working. I didn't catch his name, but he was Asian and wearing glasses. My package was delivered there, and tracking says so. It lists the store explicitly and someone there signed for it. But they didn't have the package. Even though tracking showed where it was delivered and that it had been signed for, they denied it being delivered there. They guy kept touching my phone without permission despite me telling him not to. Don't have your packages shipped here unless you want them stolen
