Employees were racist to other customers on my two experiences and threatened to destroy my packages for taking a couple minutes to find my shipping label while there was nobody else waiting in line. One of my packages was never sent afterwards and is now lost.

The tape situation angered me so much I refuse to come back to this location. I needed a bit of tape to close a box and they refused to give me any. Checking out the reviews it is very evident I am not the only one. Them stating they don’t give tape to control costs is the reflection of not actually listening to the customer and instead sticking with a poorly received lack of curtesy. Save your time. This place doesn’t listen.

My experience here was absolutely amazing. Brian helped talk through a complex situation with total patience and understanding. I will return here anytime I need to ship something in downtown. They are the best!!!

Horrible store they charge you for everything, even just to put tape on a box or give me a small plastic bag that most ups stores will do for free

Been here a few times to pick up packages, no issues. Just had my passport photo taken here, the person working was kind and very helpful. It's the little things that make a difference: was given a mirror and he took multiple shots (I've never taken passport photos before, so I felt silly.) Thank you again for all of your help!

Charged me 3 dollars to print a shipping label. I’ve been shipping with ups for so many years and this is the first time I got charged for it. 3 dollars for a single page of BW print us letter paper

I really like Brian. We regularly interact with him, you can even text him, and he’s genuinely kind and professional. I don’t usually review UPS stores, but his customer service has consistently been high for the past three years every time I have interacted with him or witnessed him.Brian is the best, and I am so glad he does this often thankless job. Thank you Brian!

Owner is a witch. I've patronized the store for years, and ignored her rudeness because this location is close to home. I needed notary service (recertification of a previously electronically completed I-9 during Covid) that she confirmed both by phone and in person that she could provide.I needed to go home to reprint the form (with better margins, part of the bottom was cut off) and told her I would return the next day. She agreed. The following day, I brought the form, instructions from employer on how to complete, and all documents.She acted confused, as though the previous day's conversation never happened. She refused to listen, made excuses and refused to sign the form. She hid behind her notary authority to refuse service. No clear explanation (she barely speaks English) she just rambled on nonsensically, refused to provide her name, but said she was the owner. Terrible person, terrible service.

Brian (the older man who seems to be the owner) is the most condescending, most unhelpful customer service person I've ever dealt with. He made me call the UPS 1-800 number to deal with an issue, asked to speak with them and then he was rude to them too - right in front of me!My husband has had similar experiences with him on two occasions.As the few 4/5 star reviews state - he CAN be nice. I came in with a friend and he was very professional towards her.I was planning on signing up for the UPS My Choice annual subscription, but unfortunately this is most convenient UPS store to me and I'm avoiding Brian and whoever works for him at all costs.

Quite unhelpful and useless. They didnt take my box because there was a fedex logo on the box. It is not their business what is written on the box. They get a shipping label already paid. Was driving already through whole downtown because the closed the store on 1st ave. Then he wanted to sell me a simple box for 8 USD. What a scam.

I’d expect tape to be available for free for customers to tape their boxes for returns. But I had to buy tape just to tape a small part of the box. I didn’t have to do this at any other UPS store
