UPS Next Day Air Early is a complete rip-off. I paid $150 for guaranteed next-day delivery, and after 36 hours my package is still not there. Their so-called customer service was useless, telling me to go to the store to ask for an explanation. Absolutely unacceptable and insulting to customers.

DJ has many great customer service qualities- professional, patient, knowledgeable and truly cares about each customer’s concerns. I’ve used this location many times and highly recommend it. Kudos to DJ. And thank you!

I’ve gone here for years and always had good experiences. I came in today to get something printed, emailing the document over in advance. Previously, this process has taken maybe 2 minutes, even in a busy store. Today, DJ, who was the only employee working there (understaffing?), took his sweet time to tend to a female customer, whom it was pretty clear he was trying to flirt with. I understand that you’re human and you have your needs, but the line built up from being just me, the second person in the store, to probably 15 or more people. I went from being ahead of schedule for my next obligation to having to race to get there because of this.
I try my best to be as patient and empathetic as possible, especially towards customer service workers, but this experience left me feeling very frustrated. For something as quick as a print job, if you’re dealing with one customer who you know will take a while, it’s really nice if you can knock out other quick actions in the meantime, as I’ve seen employees at this store do in the past. And to the store, you should probably have at least 2 employees working here at a time, both for customer experience and employee wellbeing.
I went from being a regular customer of this store, who looked forward to friendly and efficient service, to being quite disappointed, and I’ll probably need to start looking for another solution in the area that can provide more consistent service.

We had to ship a table, went to a different UPS store and they said that they would not ship it. We went to this store and they not only shipped it, they were great to work with as well. We received the table quickly and without any issues.The packaging was excellent. I highly recommend this UPS store.

I have been coming to this location for several months needing printing, faxing, and notary services for important paperwork dealing with a family member’s serious health condition since 11/2024. Employees, September and Nikki, have been nothing short of excellent in their attentiveness, professionalism, and care in assisting with my needs. I always come here now and notice that other customers seem to feel the same as well. They do an incredible job in supporting the Capitol Hill community. Thank you!

Insubordinate driver for ground... Don't bother to get out the delivery truck not once. Cameras and myself watched him! No wonder you guys aren't tier 1.

I called them to get help with a missed delivery. They said they can't help me with that. They told me I needed to call customer service. I asked for the customer service number and they said they don't have that number off hand. How does the UPS store not have the phone number for their own customer service number if that is a common number they refer customers to? The driver also didn't leave a notice on the door that I missed a delivery.

If you have Amazon packages they make you wait in line for a self service machine even if there’s someone at the counter doing nothing :(
