Got overcharged and accepted without complain but felt pity for her team.

Easy in and out for a drop off
Parking here can be hard to find. There are a few paid street parking, but you cannot park after 3pm

The young man who helped me yesterday evening, 6/25/2025, at this location had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. He helped me package my item, helped me get the best bang for my buck, and was very transparent with the pricing. I will be coming back to this location because of him.

The service was great. Store was probably understaffed and I did not feel it. Maria was controlling the line and pushing things across handling 4-5 tasks at a time. Came and left very quickly.

Do not use this location to return hardware to at&t. They do not follow the proper return procedure and refuse to account for their mistakes which may cost me $$$. They won't give a tracking number and at&t requires it to process returns.

They were very helpful to me, they kept my documents at the store and tried faxing them all day long at 30 minute increments. They were quick, efficient, and processed my refund with kindness.
