Many complaints!!! 1) refused to pack and ship something which was difficult to pack. I went to a different UPS location who happily packed and shipped this item for me 2) at a previous visit, I shipped multiple packages , some of which were delivered to the wrong address( the address they were shipped to was one of the addresses a package was meant to go to but that address got several packages which were meant for a different address ). When I called the shop to ask what to do they responded with “ sorry you will just have to reship and pay again”. 3) on top of all that, the staff person who helped me ( I think it was the owner) seemed annoyed I was there.
The only good thing I have to say is the location is convenient and they have parking available (which is a big deal is Seattle)

Never in my life have I gone out of my way to review a UPS, but the people who work here act like they have just gotten a life sentence to ups prison. On a Barely busy day multiple people were discussing the employees attitudes and remarks. One man left.
One employee who wouldn’t make eye contact with me said he wouldn’t help me tape my large box because he doesn’t get tipped out. Luckily, I bring my own tape every time I go to UPS because I am helpful even though no one tips me.

EVERYTIME I leave this place I always have a smile on my face!!! FedEx needs to hire young, knowledgeable and Polite workers like UPS.

Manager tried to turn me away when I asked if I could send mail. He said it would be too expensive. I needed the mail sent to my sick dad. Sent it anyways because that matters more. Don’t need this kind of energy when I’m trying to get my sick dad his mail

Location manager has no idea what’s his talking about. Never seen someone so actively try to decline business. Overpriced and garbage.
Take your shipping needs to literally any fedex or usps store for better rates
