Wasn't expecting much - but my experience was great. Needed two items laminated, in-and-out in 5-minutes. ~$5. Whoever helped me was great.Warning to others: Parking lot is a tweaker hot-spot and known for weird parking tickets. :/

Do not use UPS service if you want to avoid headache and be sure your package will be delivered directly to recipient. Their drivers are just sucks. They leave packages everywhere (in a lobby, in a mailbox), but never put it in lockers. They never follow the delivery instructions. Amazon, please stop dealing with them. It’s just a nightmare and wasting time for multiple refunds you are doing because of these guys. I’m sorry.

Get charged 4 dollars to use the computer at this location so that you can print out your own label and then be charged again for the actual printing.Kick rocks!Other locations will just scan the blooming barcode from your phone and slap it on your package for you.

I'd like to preface this with some info, and a concession - the bizarre parking lot/mini-mall roof this UPS store is located on seems to be cursed. Police cameras perched outside, folks yelling in the parking lot. Generally not a pleasant place to be BEFORE you get inside.And once you DO get inside, oh boy. Just chiming in to the chorus of folks complaining about the older gentleman (employee 181677?) behind the counter. Terse, unpleasant, unhelpful. I've worked both in retail, and in commercial shipping, it's hard! Strenuous! You have to deal with all sorts, and I deeply empathize with that. It can't be easy working somewhere like that, but ultimately, it's not my problem, and when you make your unhappiness my problem, I'll take my business somewhere else.There's a UPS store at 505 Broadway E, just 8 blocks up, and believe me, it's worth the walk to not deal with this little slice of unpleasantness. Heck, there's a FedEx store one block north. Save yourself the heartache, find somewhere interested in keeping you as a customer.

Jon and his team are the nicest and most helpful. I always ship from here but today I went asking them to help me find a package that was delivered by UPS to the wrong address. This is not what a UPS store is for, but UPS website only gave me options to claim money for my lost package, which had no financial value and contained my passport. Jon called UPS and stayed on the line with them for 30mns until they opened an investigation and promised to call me back. They were able to track the package and found where it was delivered. Thanks Jon!

Appreciation post for Kage, the assisted manager who always goes above and beyond! I’ve been here trying to ship or return things on the bring of a panic attack, and Kage very quickly and politely solves my problems. The older gentleman who picked my Amazon return package was rather condescending in why one flap of Amazon box wasn't sealed. "Customer wrapped", he pointed out in the Amazon app, underneath the QR code. Offered to sell me a tape to close it, and then begrudgingly sealed it himself with a rolling tape he already had next to him. I wish Whole Foods hadn't redirected me there for that package return; I had the flap open so that they could inspect the returned item inside was untouched.

Don’t print here. Go to FedEx instead. They have a better user interface when printing. Employee lectured me about why they are not as good as FedEx

Wes was so kind!!! My friend was printing out posters for her missing cat at the ups store, and the staff was so helpful and attentive. They even printed out an extra poster for free so they could hang one in the store as well. love ❤️❤️❤️❤️
