My nails did not last at all, started chipping the next day even with gel?? So did my toes and it was the same thing. Chipped immediately. Super weird experience and they overbooked themselves and tried to get me to change my service to make it more convenient for them?? Overall super odd and will not be back.

Love this spot! Such a cute space, soothing and well-maintained. I have been various times and had a few nail artists but was most recently taken care of by Jenny and I can’t recommend her enough! She took her time shaping my extensions to perfection and I’ve never been happier - and even a few weeks later they’ve held up so well. I had to make sure I booked her again right after the appointment! A bit pricey but I work in the service industry and I feel like my hands looking nice are part of the job, so it’s a luxury service I’m willing to spend more on and I always feel so good after my appointments. I was very impressed with my rejuvenation mani and pedi. The price is great for the amount of pampering you receive. With this package I got a choice of 3 lattes, i chose a gloomy matcha. It was unique and tasty. The women who work at Urban Nail Box are kind and accommodating. My nail tech was very detailed and did a great job. I want to return with my sisters and friends soon. Thank you!!

Cute place with great service. Everything was super clean and well maintained. I booked for a pedicure and got exfoliation, a massage, paraffin wax treatment, hot stone massage, and then finally a standard polish manicure. They also have a great color catalogue that makes it super quick to pick your color. (plus they make a mean matcha latte to enjoy during your service!)

The best nail shop in Ballard - amazing customer service (Rachel is especially great) and all of the nail technicians here are wonderful. I don't really have a set person I go to, because everyone here is so careful and attentive to detail.
I love the aesthetics of this place, as well as how clean everything is. It always smells so pleasant and is a great spot in general.
They are usually pretty busy, so I recommend making an appointment before, but I can't recommend this place enough. Their prices are super reasonable for how great they are.

Excellent service, have had my mani/pedis done many times here. Consistently great service and artistry. Jennie and Annie are great. I’m sure the others are also. Highly recommend. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I should also note that i trusted them with my wedding nails and the only fake nails I have ever beared to spend my money on. and so did my sis and niece.

I found urban nail box through ample research I was trying to find a salon that did builder gel before going on a trip to France unfortunately they don’t provide this service so I opted to just get press on. Annie did the design and did an incredible job. After my nails grew out I went back and just got normal gel which lasted a long time! But this last time I went was Friday and now just a week later two of my gel nails have fully pealed off and taken my long nails I’ve worked really hard to grow out with it and other nails are pealing. I don’t know if this is because of the polish itself or because my nail tech put so many polish layers on because certain nails look blobby and very thick. But I’m really upset because I’m going to a wedding out of town today and I’m gonna have to try and find press on that match close enough…. I shouldn’t pay $60-80 for something that doesn’t even last seven days.

From when it was just a single person studio to now, Urban Nail Box is the best place to go for a gel mani/pedi in the city. They have super talented nail artists and great service and value. Hugely recommended! They are super busy so make sure to book online or call or text first. I never go anywhere else for my nails anymore.

A friend goes here all the time. She has a nail technician who did fantastic art on her nails.
She treated me to a gel pedicure since I was visiting. I have never had such an outstanding pedicure. It involved many different processes, ending with paraffin treatment.
If I lived in the area, I would definitely go back.

I had an amazing experience at Urban Nail Box. Tin is incredibly talented and did the most beautiful, artistic design on my nails. Every detail was perfect, and you can tell she truly has a passion for nail art. Highly recommend Tin if you’re looking for unique and high-quality designs.
