Do you like waiting 20 minutes just to get money out of an account? No? Then use a different bank. Over the past 2 months anytime we come to this bank to grab money, it’s a long long long wait. No longer willing to use USBank just because of the amount of wasted time. Even the DMV is faster than this branch.

A Muslim teller made me sit there 45 minutes she said she intended to not cash check from one of the businesses I do business with because I'm Jewish and she doesn't trust Jewish people. It seemed she was going to have me stay there as much time as possible and insult me during the whole time

I enjoyed my experience and enrollment for my business at US Bank because it was hassle free, the people here are really kind, and they even follow up with a call to make sure you have everything you need.My previous experience with other banks has been with credit unions and other big banks like Wells Fargo, Chase, and B of A. I've also been with more exclusive banks like Lili and USAA.I prefer US Bank as they keep things simple and they utilize modern tech like Zelle on their mobile apps.Julie was the name of the lady who helped me out the most here. I appreciate the follow up call, its so thoughtful! She's sweet, patient, and demonstrates that amazingly well in her words.Thank you US Bank and Julie!

Everytime I've visited the Whitecenter location the staff is extremely courteous and eager to help. They have been very efficient with all my tasks and transactions and provide fantastic service. The location feels safe, secure, and clean. Great job!

US Bank's online banking servers appear to be overloaded, sometimes it takes 2-3 days before I can successfully log into my account to check balances and pay bills.

Kristin was awesome in handling a deposit that was made into wrong account mistakenly. Initially was told it would take over a week to fix, when a $1500 check was deposited into wrong account but when we called back and dealt with Kristin it got done within hours! Thank you so much for providing excellent service in fixing a problem.

I was thinking of switching my small business account to this US Bank. Years ago I had used US Bank for a saving account and it was a good experience. I had a small check for $45 but I thought I would go in and cash for a non job related thing. My thought is I would get the check cashed and then I would speak to a banker about their business banking options. I was told by the teller I would be charged $7 for changing the check. I said really?? for a $45 check that came from US Bank? I even told her that last month I had cashed the same amount with no charge. She insisted that there was a charge. I took my check and left. As I was walking out the door I could help but think "they don't they even realize that they just lost my small business account over $7? Too bad but if that is how a bank wants to start a relationship I want no part of it.

Had a small, but complex, problem with fund transfer and subsequent overdraft issue. After a lengthy and frustrating call to corporate.. I was told to call my local branch.. I did as was foretold and Ashley was on the case.. she was absolutely perfect! Listened to all my misfortunes through erroneous miscalculations, addressed all questions and concerns with an upbeat beat attitude that was unstoppable. Correcting my wrongs with vigorous efficiency surpassed by none. And for that, I thank you. -e
