Great banking experience! I have been a loyal customer of U.S. Bank for many years, and this branch exemplifies why. The bankers are friendly and knowledgeable, making every interaction a positive one.

Worst branch manager ever. Obstinate and snarky. I had an issue with my account that needed resolved and he didn’t bother to look at any of my documents he basically told me it was my fault and there was nothing he could do. He put exactly 0% effort in. I went to another branch and that manager helped resolve my issue immediately because he actually knew what he was doing and what customer service is. Don’t bank at this branch.

Came here for getting a cashier's check which I've done in the past and the teller did not know anything since she was new. It is okay but I'd expect someone walk her through this as she's playing with big amount of money.I wouldn't trust this branch to do important transactions!!!!!!!(Friendly advice for Josh, please train the new employees before putting them behind counter! This is not Macy's)

Fast, friendly, effective staff. I choose to drive out of my way to avoid the northgate branch. Its like these people are just operating on a higher level. I value my time and so do they.

ATM out of service. Second US Bank ATM this evening. Cheaper to pay the service fee than to spend time and gas going from US Banks.

Don't deposit checks with Kathleen if you are expecting to get the funds made available instantly. My trip out of state this weekend is now crippled by the only time a banker didn't make my funds available instantly. I've always had my us bank checks go through the same day but now I'm going to have to spend today and tomorrow in LA without the funds I was slated to have.

Unable to answer simple questions over the phone about their branch specifically. Don't waste your time

My go to branch! I come here regularly and have to say that this is one of my favorite branches (2nd to my hometown branch on Mercer Island). Staff is always friendly and prompt to great customers. This branch usually isn't busy so when I need to speak with a banker its very convenient. Also, ample parking which is nice.

I have banked here for about 20 years. I've had business, personal checking, child savings, REI credit card, home loans, and lines of credit with US bank. US bank went through a rough patch with service a few years ago (no follow up on promised items, dropped balls, etc), but since then the service has been stellar. I get great follow up on account updates or changes that I need to make, the staff is always friendly and competent. I was considering switching for quite some time due to the .50 charge for mobile deposits - it always irked me that they were charging me to save them money. But they just dropped that fee.

I was given a check from a U S Bank member, when I went into the branch to cash it, I was told it would be a $7.00 charge since i wasnt a member. $ 7.00 really ??? Ive had other banks charge $3.00, which I do not agree with. I think this is robbery. They dont charge when i make deposits into the very same account... Shame on U S Bank !!!!

This is the friendliest bank I've ever dealt with - every staff member goes out of his/her way to be accommodating. Everyone I've worked with at this branch is professional and capable. They have great hours (full service all day Saturday). Tom did a great job facilitating our refinance and communicated often to keep us in the loop. The security guard is the nicest guy and never fails to greet us, hold the door and wish us a nice day.

It's been really hard for me to review this branch. I LOVE US Bank. I've banked here since I was fresh out of high school, and mostly have had good experiences, especially since they've had a lot of branches in every state I've managed to move to. Roosevelt Branch is a weird animal, though. The staff here is very friendly, bordering on Pleasantville/Stepford Wives nice. The security guard always opens the door and the tellers and bankers always strike up a friendly conversation. I half think it is manned by US Bank robots. No one is that helpful and nice every day... That being said, I've had a lot of weird stuff go down here, too. I opened an account that got closed due for personal reasons, so opened a new one online. That one closed because I had a zero balance and they tried to charge me account fees. Opened another one via phone, went into branch two months in to order debit card, some mishandling occurs, account closed. I don't blame the bank or anything, but it has been really annoying to give direct deposit information to my boss three separate times. They are under new management, however, so I'll update as things progress.

I was a member of this bank for a while. I left, for one, after deciding to go to a community bank. I still live in the neighborhood near the bank and I've been bothered by how this bank doesn't try to be respectful of the nearby residents, which is the other reason why I left. It's right in the middle of a residential area and we're woken up by its many service that it maintains to make it look like a clean, happy "community" bank. That would be the guys with leafblowers at 6:30a.m. about once a month. Then the guys that come at 10pm to power wash their sidewalks (for what reason?). Then, when it snows, they have a guy come at 4am to plow their parking lot! If it's snowing that bad, no one is going to be rushing to park in their lot! Finally, they just tore all these beautiful shrubs out of their front area and replaced them with rocks. Rocks! It's rainy Seattle. Not Arizona. It now looks like a rubble pile. The guys who tore out the shrubs and tossed the rocks in put some scattered plants in the rocks. A couple are already dying. Anyway, I know these are all nits and don't have anything to do with how good their CD interest rates are, or whatever. But the point is that they have a veneer of friendliness and this upkeep of the facade, but the whole thing smacks of trying too hard. It's not hard to find a bank that provides the same service and obsequiousness, but it's hard to find one that is really about the community. It's all those things that add up to me not trusting a bank. I guess it's the remnant of the "too big to fail" practices, both on their side, and mine.

This branch is the friendliest bank I have ever been to from the security guard to the tellers. Is there a point at which you're too friendly? Yes, but I'd rather deal with friendly than indifferent, apathetic and rude. I am a fan of this branch and not US Bank. I had a problem with my credit many years ago that was fixed many years ago that was supposed to be expunged from their records many years ago but still isn't, causing me frustration and anguish at the sheer ridiculousness of it all. Once I applied for a credit line and they contacted me to do an appraisal of my house. The following day the bank called to say that they couldn't grant me a line of credit because they said I'd sold my house. Then I discovered the appraisers had gone to the house next door. It was so "three stooges"like I had to laugh but....putting my money and credit in the hands of this bank seemed risky at best. One other thing is their repeated insistence that they are a 5 star bank. Reading through their webpage and everything else I could find online or in print there is nothing that states specifically what 5 star service is and what makes it a 5 star bank..
