I had a wonderful experience with Christa at the Northgate branch. I had been dealing with the Fraud department and online banking customer service over a series of issues with my account and thought that they took care of my problem. The following day I notice a transaction that shouldn't have happened and once again spoke with online banking customer service and fraud department but didn't feel comfortable with what they were telling me so I happened to be in the Northgate area and I stop in at that branch. My teller name Christa was outstanding she answered all my questions, took care of the problem and totally put me to ease. US bank I must say if all tellers was like her it would make 🏦 banking much easier. Thanks 👍. I really hope I have her name correct.

On the first week of the month they need more staff because of people getting social security checks, I have waited along time to get a teller,
Sometimes there is one banker and one banker is at a desk helping a client

I lived in the area and opened my account at this branch and have had it for 10 years. They are amazing at this branch with no issues whatsoever. After having banking accounts with Chase and Key Bank I found US bank to be the best. I’ve recommended US bank to family and friends however after I moved out of the area, I was SO disappointed with the current US branch bank in my area :( it really tampered my idea of US bank. However, moving forward I’ll make the longer drive to do banking at this branch due to their excellent service, attention to detail and ability to listen and explain.

Really rude tellers and bankers. Went in here with no other customers to try to get information on some fraudulent activities that happen to my account. Had to scan QR code to que in line. My wait token at 2:45 pm was 50 minutes. 50 minutes to talk to a banker seem really long just to get information. You are batter off calling the call center for information than talk to an actual banker.

ATM was broke outside took $300 from me when I went to talk to the manager inside she said she knew about this but there was never a sign put on there but she also said it was my responsibility to call corporate there was nothing they could do about it

ATM wasn't working. I contacted the US Bank fraud prevention department and they said a transaction was pending and there was nothing they could do. They made no effort to inform the branch or check the machine. I tried calling the branch and they didn't pick up the phone. I don't know if they're still in business.
