This branch is quite difficult to locate, I was walking around in circles and couldn't find it. The best way to find it is to enter the University Bookstore, then you climb the stairs and the US Bank branch is at the top of the staircase at your left side. It's very small btw, just an ATM and a cashier, but works for me. No wait time when I visited.

I rarely come to the U.S. Bank anymore. I do everything online. But when I do need to come here, they are very nice, but not always everything is going smooth.

I would give zero stars if possible. I opened a checking account in this branch using a promo code that I found on the bank's own website. No one asked me or said anything at that time about my eligibility for that promo. Furthermore, the branch manager himself, Levi, confirmed in a phone call ~1 month later that I was eligible and even went over the main requirement regarding the direct deposits. It was only ~2½ months after opening the account and fulfilling all the requirements to earn the bonus that I was told by the branch employee who opened my account that it was a targeted offer and I would not qualify for the bonus. WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL ME THIS AT THE TIME OF OPENING INSTEAD OF AFTER I COMPLETED ALL THE REQUIREMENTS? There is no government agency that will hold this incompetent branch accountable and greedy US Bank corporate is apparently too cash strapped to pay me a $500 bonus that I legitimately earned AND THEIR BRANCH EMPLOYEES TOLD ME I WAS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE!No accountability, no integrity, incompetence, and disgraceful customer service... way to run a business.

I don't know about US bank itself, seems like a pretty regular bank, but this branch is amazing. I recently moved, but before that everyone there knew me by name, they're all very knowledgeable about their system, and know the fastest way to navigate through your financials. If you need any questions answered or help with any problems this is the branch to go to, amazing!

Recently they made a mistake and gave me more money when I tried to submit a money order and simply get my cash out of my account instead. While I was understandably irate to wake up to a sudden huge overdraft one day, they did look into it and did find the mistake, and we were able to sort everything out.

I have been using this branch for 8 years and am more than satisfied with the service i recieve. At least 2 bankers know me by name and everyone who works here is great. I cannot fault the employees for annoying rules made by the company. I was sad to see the branch is no longer open on Saturday's, but again, that is not the employees fault. On Saturdays I trek up to cap hill, where the employees are just as nice.

I use U.S. Bank for my checking, savings, and two credit cards. I like their no annual fee Cash Plus credit card because I can choose two categories like cell phones or home utilities to earn 5% cash back. When I redeem points on their Flex Perks card, I don't get charged airport or airline fees. You can also use points to pay for the annual fee. I can find a branch in most neighborhoods and cities although parking is a expected problem for this location .

I'm very disappointed in U.S. Bank recently. We have banked with them for a long time, but they are increasingly unresponsive and unhelpful. Their mobile banking app must be the worst out there! Maybe their app works better on phones than on iPads, but it's been hit or miss whether I can deposit a check. That's especially frustrating to me, because I live a half-hour away from any U.S. Bank, so now I have to pay 50 cents to deposit a check if I'm not going to be going to town soon. Years ago, the banks convinced Washington legislators to let them charge sky-high rates on their credit cards (instead of X % over prime, which would have kept them in line). When interest rates were high, they wanted higher rates, but I notice they did not lower their rates during the Great Recession when people were struggling, and now they are nickel-and-diming customers. I'm not happy.

This branch used to be excellent. Now they are going down gradually. I have my own checking account but was frozen since Feb. They emailed me to submit the files. I did immediately but my account is still on hold even my information is verified. This is so unprofessional. I have to go to another branch to sort things out. They told me it is probably bookstore branch forgot to remove the hold. This is absurd.

This branch used to be excellent. Now they are going down gradually. First, they called me and my wife many times to fill in or submit the documents. Every time there is either some document is missing or some signature is missing. This is absurd. Second, I have my own checking account but was frozen since Feb. They emailed me to submit the files. I did immediately but my account is still on hold even my information is verified. This is so unprofessional. I have to go to another branch to sort things out.

The atm at this location ate $1,450 of my cash and didn't credit my account. The Asian woman behind the counter didn't help me. She told me to call a phone number and file a claim. I did that and two days later I am still waiting for my money. No idea if or when I will get it back. As soon as I do, I'm switching to becu.
