I don't remember who the 6 ft. tall 150 lbs. blue-eyed clerk with the tousled nape-length curly platinum blond hair is, but I can say he's easily the rudest, most inconsiderate teller I've ever had the misfortune to run into at any U.S. Bank location.I've already called corporate and let them know of the situation, might very well come back in to exclusively speak with the manager.EDIT: Ended up closing my account anyway, rude tellers seem to be a feature and not a bug. Following up with corporate didn't yield any return calls, so clearly they don't care. The low rating for this location stands.

They're making the coin shortage worse by hoarding them.

I use U.S. Bank for my checking, savings, and two credit cards. Parking was easy to find for this location. I like their no annual fee Cash Plus credit card because I can choose two categories like cell phones or home utilities to earn 5% cash back. When I redeem points on their Flex Perks card, I don't get charged airport or airline fees. You can also use points to pay for the annual fee. I can find a branch in most neighborhoods and cities.

The team here is great and always helpful. In addition, they are open 7 days a week.

I have never been here but Darryl was very helpful on the phone when I called. The tellers in San Diego cannot figure out how to post the payment for the money we owe the bank but this branch was able to look in the computer and find our loan and are willing to take the money by mail.

I had a home mortgage, equity line of credit and a checking and savings account here--would not give my business to US Bank again. Constant struggle fighting fees on accounts that have thresholds in small print. For example, waived my maintenance fee but then went below a certain balance and hit the account right away with a penalty. I had a home equity loan that had a 3 year limit or they would charge a $500 fee. I sold the house and the title company paid it off 2 days earlier than my 3 year limit, although they had approved my loan and I had been with US Bank for over 5 years. Needless to say, I went with a different bank for my next 30 year mortgage. Also, the local branch has no control, you will get referred to the 800 phone number.

It's convenient how they are located inside the QFC and are open on Sundays. A lot of times they have account opening offers that are exclusive to this branch.
