“This place was fantastic, Ben held the car on my behalf when a customer was going to buy it within the same hour and Dorina was fantastic to deal with on buying the car. However the vehicle has had issues with shortin that drain the battery every night since I got it. The vehicle itself is great but the battery drains so fast, I hope the repairs will not be that expensive. Edit: The owner and shop mechanics will cover the labor costs and have been super helpful to solve the vehicles issues, will definitely recommend.”

“Had an inability to open my trunk after my battery died. Ive been working with Alyssa to help me to find a solution while I'm on a road trip to try to fix it. It appears that I will be needing to bring the vehicle in for service next Tuesday. Alyssa has been helpful and courteous. I will continue to provide additional review as this experience evolves. This is my first month of Maserati ownership. “Buying our medium duty truck from Gabe at 5 Star Auto was one of the best experiences ever. It worked out great, as I was late getting to the dealership after work hours they stayed late to finish the sale, I got to meet Gus the owner who shared fun stories and invited me to contact them should anything come up during my trip home, as it was obvious they knew their products completely. I'm part way home and grateful, they did all they could to make my 16 year old truck feel and perform like new. I'm really optimistic this is going to be a great truck just like they said it was. “Definitely a car guys place! Jeri and Andrew are two impressive people. Myself and my brother in law spent 2 hours on a Saturday looking at what is inside the clubhouse. Motorcycles, cars collectables, anything "cars" was on display and a lot of it for sale. The 59 two tone Corvette really caught my eye. “I had been researching and driving Ferrari's for several months and while not in my home town, found the Ferrari I thought I might want from the Ferrari Website at Ferrari of Seattle. I sent an email to Sales Management and was promptly and professionally referred to Shane.
Shane is a fabulour Ferrari Ambassador. He is very knowledgeable, patient, understanding of the complexities that can go into this type of purchase and has excellent follow up. My transaction was also an out of state purchase, which isn't the funniest thing to to, but Shane, Hunter and the rest of the Team have done an excellent job.
This is my first Ferrari purchase after waiting for 50 years to be able to do so, the experience with Ferrari of Seattle just makes it that much more rewarding.

“Supplied a very good car at under Blue book value. Could have had more dealer maintenance as the radio isn't working and the tires were very old and damaged (5 years old, cracking.) But as I do my own maintenance I replaced the radio and tires myself and now the car is how I imagined it would be out of factory. They do loans through BECU which has good interest currently. Mailing me my plates and doing all the paperwork for me. Nice staff, good environment. Cramped car lot and parking, though.”
