Employee was helpful and presented tracking options clearly and quickly. No wait and was able to complete my shipment without any issues.

Stopped in midday to mail a package. The guy working the counter was super friendly and even apologized for the 15 seconds wait. I shipped my package and had no problems. Great experience.

Not friendly. The only thing I like this post office is that they have ample parking.

Unable and unwilling to help with a mail delivery problem after we moved. Kept trying to redirect the problem to something else even when confronted with evidence.

The hours listed are wrong. The USPS website says this location basically has 24 hour PO Box access but I’m here at 9pm on a Monday and the doors are locked. Previous reviews have stated the lobby is “open 24 hours” but that’s clearly not the case. Very mad, as I have important and time sensitive things being delivered and like a normal person, I work during the week so when am I supposed to even access my own box that I paid for? Asinine.

Would give zero stars if I could. Hires aggressive and untrustworthy people to deliver our mail and enter our buildings. Unresponsive to multiple reported issues. Won't be wasting my money here ever again.

Omg. What the hell. This is where souls go to wait for hell. One person working. Six in line. He is reading every single line of the agreements with everyone. EVERY LINE.My favorite is they refuse to accept my FOREVER STAMPS because they’re too old. What the hell does “forever” mean then????
