Terrible service. No answer when you call. Packages left on the side of my road next to my mailbox. Not in my mailbox. Post deliver person wont drive down my driveway TO DELIVER PACKAGES. I have filed a formal complaint and it has not been corrected. Just now found out $150 worth of merchandise was AGAIN left on the side of the road by my mailbox! What do you think happened to it? Do you think it lasted very long before someone drove by and picked it up. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Beyond upset. Can you give less then one star?

Terrible post office, employees are liars & sometimes have unjustifiably bad attitudes. Some of my important mail ends up missing. I'm convinced they steal mail because it's only important stuff that ends up not getting delivered.

It’s 2:13 PM on a Tuesday. Several of us tried to get in, but were met with a locked door. The employee inside waved us off as if to say, “Go away.” The gates to the back area were wide open, too. We all left, puzzled.

Staff here is awful. Never pick up the phone, refuse to deliver mail and refuse to put any request in writing. Will stop delivering mail for arbitrary reasons. Have had to complain multiple times to get any kind of result and even then needed to escalate against the entire station. Still not resolved over a month later.One driver even threw my package over my fence, was caught in the act and said "I didnt mean it, man" and then buggered off. Every single one of them should be fired.

This post office is only a block away from my house, I can see their front door from mine. Yet they can't seem to deliver my mail without losing it for the 500-foot journey. They lost a mattress I ordered. How the hell do you do that? It takes some real effort to screw up that bad.

called and talked to Sosha as her name and told her about not receiving my mail four of them which been mailed from credit card company a month ago and puget sound energy here locally month ago and never received yet, this customer service was very rude even her tone of voice, and told her i called not to argue with her at he end of conversation she told me to make a complain and just hung up...worst customer service i ever experienced.

Absolutely the worst Post Office I've ever experienced in my lifetime. The staff is very rude, the drivers automatically mark the package as undeliverable as you get text alerts when tracking a package. You show up exactly at the mailbox 2 min after getting the tracking text alerts and find no driver even around the area. I'm disgusted and frustrated that I have to pick up my package at the Post office when they could of simply put the package in my mailbox. They didn't even leave a pink slip for a missed delivery in my mailbox like they normally do. I wish management would investigate this.

Each time we have gone the lady at the front is very rude. Today she thought it was ok to raise her voice at me. Management should re-consider their employees customer service skills.

My only complaint is that this place need at least 2 workers because the place is closed for 1/2 hour at 1:23 pm because the worker has to eat lunch and no one else is working. Of course he should have time to eat lunch, but the business shouldn't be closed.

I WISH OUR PACKAGES WENT TO A DIFFERENT POST OFFICE OMG. I would give this place 0 stars if I could the manager “Trisha” is horrible!!! Her attitude is bad and she’s constantly raising her voice at the customers with a smart mouth and attitude. She said that I need my ID and the person’s ID on the package. I’ve been receiving packages from this place with just my ID and a signature with my name on the back on the slip with no problem. She said even if my signature and name is on the back from the person I would still need my ID and their ID. HOW??? That person needs their ID and obviously they can’t come pick it up themselves so I’m doing it. She always talks down to people and her customer service is horrible. She also was rude to my family when they came in there other times. 0 STARS!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN PLEASE.

We haven't been receiving some of our packages. Packages that says has been delivered but never received. I was expecting a package and when I check the tracking it say that it was delivered a week ago. Went into the post office to inquire about it. The lady that was there was very rude and unhelpful. Saying that there's nothing that they can do about it. That it's our carrier. What do you mean there's nothing you can do about workers you hired, that aren't doing their job?? Aren't the post office responsible for who they hire???? So, that's it they don't have to deal with any consequences for their workers??? They should be allowed to mark a package delivered when clearly it has NOT been!! This is stealing and not to mention a big scam! Ive never had to deal with this before. Moved into the area 3 years ago, and noticed right away the service here is not the same as the service we received at our old neighborhood post office! What a disappointment. I guess, if I know packages are going to be using USPS, I won't be having them ship to my house anymore.
