do not recommend they cancelled our appointment when we drive half an hour to get their. They did not send any text or email when they claimed they did. Honestly it was so upsetting and will be going somewhere else for my passport appointment. if i can give zero starts i would.

The guy with a mask was so rude, I had a highly disappointing experience with the USPS passport services. It took 45 minutes for me to drive there, I took a day off work and waited weeks for a passport appointment at this location only to get all the way there and find out that they decided not to give me service. They take care of all the people who came after me, and to me they can’t help at all like WHY?? They told me ,we don’t have enough time to get your appointment while I was waiting there for 2 hours in line, it was my second reschedule appointment there, they did the same thing as they did last, they told me to go to the one on union st when I went there find out that they don’t even do passports over there,? Like it’s so funny just to get rid of your customers you can tell them anything??they stop taking appointments one hour before they close, they don’t even took my name for rescheduled.never going back there, I don’t suggest this place, they wasted my whole day

If I can give zero stars I would. I had an appointment for today at 9:15am 8/25 for 4 passports and they require us to be there early just to get there and have a paper post saying passport services close do to staff calling out sick. I’m coming all the way from puyallup to the only available appointment. At least send an email or call right when they find out. Or have a back up plan they even said managers there don’t know how to do passport services

Property managers have no choice on whether 30 days and renewals get certified . Jimmy refused to help me at the Georgetown location . It’s so frustrating and I’m just trying to do my job. I hate that I have to go do this but I hate even more that no one wants to do their job. Jimmy had no line and still wouldn’t help me.

Visited for first time passport application and photo services. Appointment started on time, ended on time, and moreover the employee who helped us - Dino - was patient and helpful. Took good photos, too!

This is an easy access post office with plenty of close by parking. Three place is clean and well kept and had a pleasant atmosphere for a post office. :D I was particularly impressed with the people working there...very friendly and efficient. We were proceeding passports so needed an appointment, but overall, it was a quick, pleasant experience.

There was an issue with my appointment getting scheduled for a passport. Dino managed to squeeze me in as his shift was ending and saved me a return trip. Thanks Dino

We had a passport appointment with Dino who was SO helpful, patient and kind to us (and our two little boys who were running all over!). Thank you, Dino!!
