I remember the post office used to serve the public, but I guess privatization has won.
No one can turn a 5 minute errand into 30 like the USPS. They should start selling sandwiches so at least I could maybe eat during my lunch break

This garbage public service or lack thereof, continuously steals my Amazon orders. while filling my mailbox with endless coupon magazines and ads. They have stolen about 4 orders by now. I hope this terrible organization gets defunded and they all lose their jobs! I will gladly pay FedEx and Amazon a fee to actually receive my packages, and not get coupon trash in my mailbox, that fills up thousands of mailboxes and apartment lobbies. Why do we as a society put upt with this terrible service?!

I don’t usually write reviews for post offices, but WOW the staff here are so kind and helpful! I don’t mail things often, but they made the process easy and offered amazing service. I have come back here twice and had the exact same experience both times. It gets a little busy during lunch hour and immediately after work, but the line never takes too long.

This was an alternative reality experience! We all dread post offices but this place was heaven! Everyone was helpful and nice 😊 as most post offices a bit understaff but men, this is my go to place forever for snail mail.

Excellent customer service!! Went on a Tuesday late afternoon with some trepidation, was met with a warm welcome, kind, knowledgeable, and patient service from both team members, and left moments with access to more information than I came with and with my to do’s simply and efficiently tended to! Thank you for making that such a much needed pleasant experience!!

I can't believe I'm writing a five-star review for a post office, but the employees here are so awesome! They're cheerful, helpful and efficient. Everyone was in a good mood even on tax day of all days?! Just great customer service here all around.

I'm trying to edit my address as you requested. However I cannot find a freaking way to do that. This is not a friendly site. For heaven's sakes it shouldn't take an hour to find a way to edit an address. Totally totally frustrating
