There is at least one younger male who is completely incompetent at his job, and after he calls over his "manager" for his laziness and incompetence I cannot say she's anymore capable to preform her job. That's what I get for going to a post office in a parking garage complex

Been bringing my business’ packages here for almost a year now and have consistently received the kindest and most professional service one could hope for. Very nice and patient people working here. I know post office retail work can be brutal so these people really deserve an award of some kind

The employees who work here are really really nice and kind. This location can get busy with a long line at certain times but they always maintain their cool and kindness. Really great service here!

Free parking. Staff is friendly and helpful and get to you as quickly as they are able too. Been here multiple occasions to mail off packages to sending money orders.

Most of my experiences have been fine here. Small parking lot and typically a line to ship packages with a drop off area for prepaid packages. However, some staff could be a little kinder… asked about a possible USPS scam and walk out feeling like I was treated like an idiot for not knowing?!?!

I visited post office with my kids. We bought stamps for mailing to our grand parents. The worker was very kind and he gave us stickers which were related to letter. That was speicial experience for my kids. Thanks again.

The man working there today was so kind and friendly. He made my day, and it was nice to have such a pleasant experience, especially after reading reviews of three other post offices in this area. I picked this post office because it had better reviews than others in Belltown and I’m really glad I did. Definitely go out of your way to come to this location if you want a good experience.

The wait is often long, but the staff here is very friendly, knowlegeable, professional, and patient. Also, the free parking space is very convenient.

Highly important tip‼️ They charge you for taping the box! So bring your own tape!!! after you wait half hour in line at 5:40 pm and she will tell you either go home to tape your box or spend $6 to buy a tape.
