Miele? Mele? I’m not positive on the spelling of the postal clerk that holds it down at the Pioneer Square USPS location, but she’s solid GOLD! That location can be sketchy at times to navigate, but I go here because I love interacting with her! She’s SO friendly, upbeat, personable, helpful and inviting. She brings a little bit of home into her space and makes her customers feel like family. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! Such a smart hire!* Note: This is a small location with one person working. They close for lunch break from 2-3:15

Some of the staff is great. Some of them can be surly. It seems like they're spread thin.

Convenient location but the hours of operation change randomly as there is only one person working at this location and they shuts down when they need to take break or go to lunch.

Shout out to Monique for being an absolute legend at customer service. Her knowledge of the industry, support and expertise throughout the course of my shipping debacle was beyond appreciated. Highly recommend her and her team for all your shipping needs as she went above and beyond for me! :)

The staff member behind the counter was surly. Recommend walking over to the Post Office at 1st and Madison.

I went there at 4:15pm on Monday, October 11th and the office was closed. That's not okay.

Stopped in around noon on a Wednesday and had a very pleasant transaction buying postage for two flat rate items and getting a money order. There was no line and the clerk was super efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Always quickly in and out of here, just make sure you pay attention to the weird hourly closing from 2-3pm. My pup also loves the dog treats from the mail ladies at the desk!

Went in today and the last couldn't help me because she returned from layoff and they didn't enable her account, 2 hours later it was the same problem, why even be open!?!

It's not like I've ever been to a USPS and received quick service. Is it just me or do all USPS locations tend to be a little depressing and slow? I visited this Pioneer Square location to mail some packages out on three consecutive days, and I kid you not, I waited at least half an hour for service. You've been warned. The space is small and narrow, and the three times I've visited, there's the same one employee at the desk, helping the long line that's formed and has reached the door. I also noticed that where people can drop off already-paid and labeled packages, the stack was high. It gets busy here. Nice to have this location in Pioneer Square and is walking distance to public transit and many businesses, but the service can be slow. At least they have all the supplies you may need for mailing and USPS is cheaper than other shipping services. There's that.
