General delivery pickup is only from 10 am, info which is not shared anywhere untill after waiting in line for a good long while for the rude clerk to tell you. Waste of my time.

You can pick up packages here just between 10 to 12 AM. I didn't find this opening hours listed anywhere.
Post office manager was rude all the time speaking with me. One package out of two didn't come here, so I was told to speak with manager. He blamed me that it's my fault that I put wrong ZIP code 98101 in delivery address and told me that it should be 98111 for general delivery. I showed him another package I just received here with ZIP Code 98101. He told me I should not speak like this with him. At the end he just gave me some number for automat, which didn't help me at all.

Worst experience at any USPS location. Line out the door, still waiting & it’s been 20 minutes. One employee. Too much chit chatting w/customers. And laughing w/customers. Completely inefficient.

There's a gentleman that works here that is INCREDIBLY helpful. Honestly, this person deserves a raise, he deserves to be praised and carried around in a chair.
There was a hugeee like today and he was so patient, working alone, going out of his was to give advice on package sizes helping people (including me) fill out a confusing form. And definitely took his time making sure all the details were in correctly.
Seriously the world is a better place because of this man.

Worst packaging services in the world
Black lady at the register is the worst woman I have ever seen she was treating an old chinese lady soo bad that everyone in the store had to step in and help the old women
They should definitely fire her.
She took 23 minutes just to process one 2 pound box. Guess she doesn't know how to work and gets angry at the helpless.
This is unacceptable at all.

I would like to say thank you to the manager, and the lady who helped me get my package on Firday June 6 2025. I had a rough day and they went above and beyond to make sure I get my packed even though I was late to pick it up. Thank you for making my day and getting my package

I am part of a business that regularly needs postal services and this location is my most frequented. The employees here are SO FRIENDLY every time!! They deal with a lot of rude people but always stay extremely professional and lovely! They are majorly under appreciated for dealing with what they see on a daily basis. 12/10!!!

Every time I come to this post office it is such a pleasant experience with Ladonna. She is so bright and welcoming and the most courteous postal service worker I've come across in the Seattle area. She has such a warm essence about her and makes such a daunting task, like going to the post office a seamless and pleasant excursion.

If you send something here for General Delivery have fun trying to pick it up, especially if you have a job! For seemingly no good reason you can only receive it M-F between 10:30am-12pm. I don’t have an address elsewhere to send it to so now I have to find time during my work day to come to the downtown post office. Yay!
