This post office is a block away from where I work, so whenever I need to mail a package, I come here. It’s the best post office I’ve ever been to, and I look forward to coming here for my mail-related errands. The best customer service!

The fella who served me at this location (the famous white bearded genrleman) was extremely helpful with getting some vinyl records I'd bought shipped home international. He was also very patient with explaining customs forms, etc. especially since I was getting it all done within 10 mins of closing time! Help much appreciated.

Normally I really like this post office, but today, January 6th, I was there at 11:45am and lights off, no one to be found. The sign said they'd close at 12:30 for lunch, and on January 9th. But today was neither.

Went to this location 15 minutes before closing to send a package and there was no one at the counter. A lady showed up and helped me minutes after, but didn't bother answering my questions saying she had only 6 minutes to finish the closing chores.

This is one of the best post offices I have ever been to, 100% because the one postal worker here (super friendly man with a white beard) is incredibly helpful. I came here to post invites and he helped me optimize the postage and explain the process of non-machinable letters. I walked extra to come to this location (although I had also a good experience at the Lower Queen Anne location too).

Today I had a simply phenomenal experience at the post office. I'd never sent a piece of certified mail and the gentlemen with the beard who helped me was beyond kind and understanding. If you need to visit USPS, I highly recommend this location!

Hands down the best USPS i have been to across the US. The gentleman who assisted me ship an international parcel this AM was very cordial, informative, and helpful. This location is now my go to USPS in Seattle
