I walked into the store on Sunday and the three kids working there were gathered around the register, they said nothing to me as I looked around making my way to the back of the store to find some shoes. There was one other person in the store trying on shoes. I looked around the shoes for a while. I had some questions so I stood at one pair I was interested in for an awkward amount of time to hint at the employees I was interested. Not one of the three employees ever acknowledged my existence in the store. When the person trying on shoes looked around (seemingly to get their attention) one employee finally walked over to her and asked her a question, then went back to joking around with the other two employees. Again, I walked into this store and looked around specifically at shoes and not one employee ever welcomed me or asked me if I needed help finding a shoe….nothing while there was ( while there was only 1 other customer in the store). I’ve worn vans for over 20 years. Maybe it was because I’m not a young kid/teenager but this was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a Vans store.

Staff =Amazing.
As a Vans obsessive I have been to many stores but this location takes the win! Located downtown in prime location this Vans is one of my favorites. The staff here are freaking amazing. They are always super attentive, friendly, welcoming and helpful. You won't be disappointed.
