Needed a warranty replacement. oh well you have to do that online and Verizon ships it to you. There's no point to these physical stores if you just have to do everything online. People are useless if they can't help you fix the issue.

Came in for a phone girl acted like I was a fraud account because I had a family business account … and even though everything was verifiable she kept on bringing it up fraud this fraud that… I’m like why is she talking me to about fraud ..? …I use to be a manager for a Verizon store so I know when someone is being slick horrible experience

Horrible! Have tried 5 times this morning to reach tech support. My iPhone 15 will not text message to anyone who does not have an iPhone. It takes multiple attempts to reach tech support and then NO ONE knows how to fix the issue. It is EXTREMELY important to ANSWER your PHONES.

Do better Verizon!! you need to retrain your associates at your call center, I called today to transfer a number from you to another company was on the phone for a good 30mins+ was told the line needed to stay active to transfer the number, fine got the transfer pin only for it not to work!!!!! What the hell was the point of me even calling then?? And when I call back to find out why it wasnt, I was told the previous associate didn't update the request!!!! Are you kidding me. So now my kid has a new number which is what I was trying to avoid. You guys portray yourself as the best cellular service around prove it by not just the actual service but the customer service as well. It all ties in together and when it's human error on your end you think a simple sorry is going to fix the situation. Do better verizon do better!!!

I had a mind-numbing combination of issues involving an address error, a phone exchange, a porting error and a phantom PIN number. The rep Nathan spent hours troubleshooting every issue over multiple days and even stayed past closing to make sure I was activated. He was an absolute life-saver. I’m so glad I went in as I would have never been able to get it all figured out without him.

Worst service, customer attitude, cell phone service and company employees!Verizon is an example of extremely low level of service and inability to assist the customer in solving the problem created by unprofessional actions of the company's employees. The purchase was made on the territory of the USA. The iPhones were purchased at Verizon, 2077 Bellevue Square , Bellevue, WA, 98004. The iPhones were not set up correctly the first time. We went to the office at 1633 6 th Ave, Seattle, WA, 98101. The customization was very time consuming. When we moved to Europe the problems started. We can't use our iPhones. None of the sim cards work. The phones are locked. First, when we purchased the phones and the PREPAID service, without a contract, a lock was placed on 2 iPhones without warning! Secondly, in three attempts to contact the office where the cell phones were purchased, the employees made cases, communicated with the support team and promised to remove the lock within 48 hours. Alas, these turned out to be only promises, without any result. I can't recommend Verizon for newcomers to the US!!!

If I could give this location negative stars I would. As soon as I walked in twenty-five minutes before closing, all of the young associates looked at me as if I had three heads and immediately decided that I wasn't worthy of any help. "Tre" stood over me and fumbled and stumbled around attempting to waste as much time as possible "helping me" so by the time he was finished being stuck in his head, it would be 5pm, thus closing time. Chris has been pleasant, consistent and very helpful and I have nothing bad to say about him. The "manager" who walks around arrogantly dictating said that his store was the end all be all, meaning he was the first and last person I could talk to, and that there were no higher ups! I asked for a store number associated with this location on 6th Ave and he replied "you can go on Google and find the telephone number for this store"...I then asked for his name because he wasn't wearing a name tag, his reply, "I don't have to give you my name". As they Tre and "no name" hovered above me while I was sitting on the bench, I mentioned that I was going to write on Yelp and left the store at 4:59PM. This is the second worst customer service experience that I've ever received. I could immediately tell they didn't want to give me the time of day as soon as I walked in and not to mention the security lady was slumped in her seat on her phone with her hand supporting her head. I'm sure some of them snickered to each other as they closed the metal plated gates behind the windows. "No name" so graciously walks around with his window stick making sure that others know he has the authority. Overall this experience was laughable and quite sad! Thanks, no thanks.

Very unhelpful. They charge $30 to assist with swapping you to your new phone. They won't even point you in the right direction or give you a link with instructions to do it yourself. They just say they'll do it for $30 or you can Google it. Now I have an issue with my contacts.

If you have any sensibility look for another provider. Unlike other providers (e.g. Xfinity), you cannot return your router to the store you picked it up from. Rather, you can wait a week for a box to be delivered or be charged $200 for the pleasure of throwing it out.I would avoid taking the router into this store in hopes of getting assistance or a practical solution, you will simply be turned away or given misleading information.

Generally have had a decent experience and have found the staff very professional, usually accurate within reason, and not too pushy.They tend to listen to what your needs are and not be the classic model of over selling you into a house payment for your phone.
