Tresa was amazing. She was only one woman handling the whole store on a Sunday, but greeted everyone and doubled up to try to help two customer sets at a time. She also got me an amazing deal on my loyalty upgrade. Definitely the best place to go.

Tresa greeted me when we walked in the store even though she was already helping another customer at the time. She was very personable and professional, I’ll be coming back next time I need a phone upgrade!

A few days ago, I went to the Capitol Hill store for help on my Hotspot. Minh, who normally works in Tukwila, was working at the Capitol Hill one temporarily, was my service provider. He helped me a great deal and saved me some money! A hard worker, enthusiastic, honest, and friendly guy! Give the man a raise!

Leah, Store Manager, was amazing! We had so many issues with a new phone and had went to three other stores with no help. We ended up landing at this store with Leah and she thoroughly looked through the phone, seen the issues and promptly helped us and we were on our way. Her skills are outstanding and if she’s leading this store, I’m positive the other staff at this location is amazing as well. Very well educated and helpful in troubleshooting. We will always come here for any future assistance.

Terrible!!! I don't write reviews. But, when you have such a bad experience you need to share and let people know so they are aware. Last Oct 2021 I talked with Maddie at the Southcenter store to replace/upgrade 1 phone on a promotion. She reviewed my account and recommended upgrading all 3 on an unlimited plan. This included in her words $25.00 monthly loyalty credit. For the last year I've been waiting for them to correct my account and apply the $25 per month credit. She originally put me off for several months telling me it's handled. Then she realized she couldn't and then told me she never promised me the 25 credit. Complete lie! I talked with their district manager and they offered a one time credit that doesn't cover the contract period. Then they bailed and said i should talk with Verizon. I've been talking to Verizon and had a person that said they will get everything handled. He no longer works there with nothing being done. Starting from ground zero again. Talked to another person at verizon to get this going again and they said I need to go back to store that promised me the credit!!!!!!! WOW! I'm so frustrated. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! THEY WILL NOT SUPPORT OR FOLLOW UP ON THEIR ISSUES.

The associate was able to help me get the phone I wanted, even in a higher storage capacity. The purple iPhone 14 pro max, on launch day. Even though the store was busy, he was helpful and attentive in making sure my needs were met along with checking on other customers. Overall friendly and great service!

Just had a horrible experience with the only lady (white, heavy set, middle aged) working in the store. I was the only person in the store. The lady began helping me then a couple walks in she begins speaking with them. She then informs me she will be helping the customer before me and it will be about 15-20min. I calmly said I was there first. How is it a customer in the store first gets less a priority than one after? well That's when things got pissy real quick. I'm done with Verizon their customer service is awful.

Maddie (or Maxine?) at the Verizon store in Southcenter mall was great. Helped me transfer my phone number to Verizon, made sure to address my concerns, and was a pleasant person overall.
