“I cannot say enough good things about this clinic! I've been bringing my cat here for just over a year now and the entire staff has never been anything but wonderful, and kind, and thorough. You can tell they genuinely care about animals as well as their people. They are transparent and up front with their pricing, and from my experience have always been willing to discuss prices and treatment options so I know and trust I am providing the best care for my cat that I can. We see Dr Nordeen who has just been amazing and wonderful through a few very difficult health issues my cat has had. She's kind, professional, and personable, and has consistently taken the time to give thorough explanations and answer any questions I may have.It's not usually fun to go to the vet, especially when your pet is sick, but the folks here make it a seamless experience from start to finish. If I could give them more than 5 starts I would!”

“We switched from Urban Animal to Jet City ~2 yrs ago and they have been incredible. We have a senior black lab who sometimes has urgent issues arise that would not be considered urgent for a younger dog; despite staffing challenges etc. hitting the veterinary industry since 2020 they have never taken more than 24 hours to accommodate us for urgent issues. Absolutely fantastic, patient and professional staff. Experienced with pet insurance, tech savvy for invoices/communications (texts, emails, etc.) and above and beyond in terms of accommodating urgent issues. Highly recommend.”

Where do I even begin...... before I took my precious Rottweiler to sound for her TPLO surgery, I spent months searching for the highest rated orthopedic surgeon in the greater Seattle area. From the consultation to surgery, post surgery to what I call the best part of recovery being PT, this is the place to go. Our baby girl had her first PT here two years ago post surgery. Covid precautions were exceptional & even though I was sad I couldn't sit in our girl took to Peggy & she was kind enough to send us videos during her sessions. Peggy is phenomenal & has over 20 years experience with/ PT. She is so knowledgeable, great at educating further baby parents. She has the passion & cares deeply about her patients. Flash forward to now.... My baby had her second TPLO surgery & currently is in PT w/ Peggy by request. Since Covid restrictions were lifted I am able to be present w/ my daughter & see Peggy's magic in action. She explains the different exercises, is carefully watching her progress, helps show me how to massage, do the at home exercises, & is just fantastic to talk to. I cannot say enough great things about the PT portion of post surgery. It's made my baby's quality of life so much better & she's getting stronger everyday. If you want a place that cares about your pet in every sense go here. The team on the surgery side & rehabilitation side are top notch. I'll never go anywhere else. I must add that her old assistant Jeff was fantastic & her new one Kathy are incredible as well. They all deserve recognition. I'm sorry to those I forgot to mention!”

“Amazing caring selfless heroic people who volunteer their time to help less fortunate keep their fur babies healthy and happy. I lost a beloved pet a long while ago due to my inability to pay for the emergency vet costs, It broke my heart. I wish I knew of Doney coe back then. The veteranarian flat refused to release my animal although I had all but $100 of the $1300 bill. The seized her and adopted her out. The whole thing makes zeros sense the bill remained unpaid and my babie was gone forever to a new home. Down right idiotic.Doney coe does. Ot charge it's patients a single dime. I have one request though, they are taking time out of their life away from their families away from their actual jobs and choosing to spend them caring for our fur babies. If they took everyone who showed up late or an emergency case, they could wind up there for weeks straight. They have to cut it off at some point, don't give them grief. You should be thanking them because they will be there next week and the next week and next week after that and a Saturday sprinkled in here and there so please be kind to them. They don't want to turn anyone away. They have already proven they are selfless individuals who love our animals. It breaks their hearts to turn us away, so next time they can't accommodate you, don't get mad, don't yell or curse. Try thanking them for giving their time to the babies who were cared for that day and come try again.”

He had a tumor on his paw and for years every vet told me he was too old to operate on or that it wasn't worth the money for surgery. I noticed on the first visit that the folks at Hawthorn Hills were extremely thorough. They engaged with me and my kitty, listened to all my concerns, and said right away that they could help him. They were super confident my kitty could handle surgery and made me feel reassured. The surgery went super well and my cat's quality of life is better than ever! It does seem like the staff and volunteers are overworked so I hope they can receive plenty of support to make sure the dogs, cats, and critters here find good homes. Try to get an appointment since Wednesdays and Sundays when they're open to the public can get really hectic with long wait times. There is plenty of free parking in the lots both in front and behind the building.”

“I don't understand all the bad reviews about having to wait in a car for hours during the pandemic... it's an emergency clinic... Wait times will vary depending on the day and during the pandemic all Seattle area vets had a wait in car policy and would only take your animal inside.Anyhow we unfortunately visited a few times last week for our dog Lola. The front desk, techs, and vet were quick to help, informative, and super friendly. They talked about the treatment plan and estimates before doing anything I may not have been comfortable with. We had to leave our dog Lola for an extended period and they called me multiple times with updates and answered any questions I had.I have been to other emergency clinics multiple times but decided to try this one and i'm really glad I did. If any of my animals ever need it I will be returning here in the future.Thanks for taking care of Lola :)”

“I've had to go here a few times for emergencies (not like emergency vet needed, but sudden type of emergency). I like that you can just show up, get in line, and you're seen in that order. Sure, it's not always the best option for people - but I've had 4 jobs at once, and trying to get my dog into the vet suddenly because she licked her paw raw after scratching it on something at the park? Yeah, super great that I can show up before they open and know I'll get seen not long after they do its REALLY helpful.”
