She goes above and beyond in every possible way, whether it’s helping with scheduling, answering questions, or simply offering reassurance when you’re stressed or worried. “Dr Sodhi and Dr Rupali are both the best veterinary providers I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve been involved in animal rescue and rehab for more than 10 years. They helped me with my older dog and his many medical issues, and currently take care of my dog with disabilities. The acupuncture and chiropractic treatments are helping him remain mobile. I don’t ever feel rushed and they listen to all my concerns. Our pets are our family - we want only the best for them, and we wouldn’t take them anywhere else. “I’ve been going to Crossroads Vet for almost two years now with both of my dogs, and I can honestly say this is the best veterinary clinic we’ve ever been to.

The entire staff is incredibly friendly, kind, attentive, and professional. They genuinely care about my dogs and always make us feel welcome. What I love most is that my dogs are actually happy to come here! They don’t have that fear or anxiety around the vet that they’ve had at other clinics. They’re excited to see the staff, which means so much to me and makes me feel like I’ve made the right choice for their care.

I also really appreciate how thorough the exams are. They carefully check everything, including every joint, and take the time to explain what they’re checking, what they notice, and answer all of my questions. They show me and explain everything clearly, which helps me understand my dogs’ health and feel confident in their care.

“My very human-reactive and dog-reactive rescue dog is handled with the best empathy and experience at Companion. We also highly recommend Companion over the local VCAs because The VCAs missed a very important diagnosis for our dog, while Companion caught it right away and was much more affordable for the same tests than the VCA. And honestly, even if Companion raised its prices due to necessity, I’d choose them over any VCA due to the experience and kindness all of their staff have.

On top of that - our dog is so anxious. But everyone at Companion from the front desk staff to the techs and vets are all so calm and get him into a pit-pat loving dog once he’s in the room.

15/10 recommend everyone at Companion for excellent vet care - much better than any other vet we tried in the area. And we tried more than 3!”
