My partner and I were last min shopping on Xmas eve. The store closed at 4pm. We walked up around 3:48pm, and saw a blonde associate (presumably the mgr), standing under the gate that was already half down for closing. She was turning customers away saying they were closed. When I walked up, she tried to say they were closed, to which I reply “you close at 4, correct?” She said yes. I said “okay, we’ll it’s 3:50 now so, I’d like to go purchase my item.” She literally ROLLED HER EYES and said “well yeah technically… I mean do u know what u want?” I said yes, so she said “I guess that’s fine.” I walked in, and heard her VERY loudly say over her headset “we have 1 last customer who knows exactly what she wants and will be out shortly.” That made me feel SO targeted.THEN I walked to the register, the cashier did not even say hello, and threw my unfolded item at me after check out WITHOUT a bag. When I asked for one, she gave it to me, not even opened, and I had to put my own item in. She did not thank me for shopping there. I exited the store at approx 3:57, and the blonde mgr was standing with her hand on the gate (we had to bend down to get over it and out).Needless to say, I’m absolutely appalled by this experience. I worked in retail/retail mgmt for 6+ years, and never in my wildest dreams would I be so utterly rude and disrespectful to a customer. Also, guess what? If you close at 4, and a customer comes in at 3:59, they are entitled to shop. You don’t get to close a CHAIN store early. And you certainly don’t get to roll your eyes at customers and not give them a bag. I feel incredibly disgusted at being targeted - it felt discriminatory and honestly those employees should not be able to keep their jobs. I fully plan to share my horrid experience more broadly and warn ppl to avoid shopping at store #50230 due to discriminatory practices.

Do you have to be overweight to shop here now? All the mannequins and posters display overweight women like it's a positive thing...but heart disease caused by too much fat is the #1 killer of American women...you'd think that was a good thing looking at Victoria Secret ads. It ain't...it's deadly...and contributing to more death just to be politically correct or make a buck off it is absolutely shameful. Well, I don't aspire to dying of heart disease and its not a good look to flaunt in underwear. It's a free country..so you do that and I will buy somewhere else.

sales representatives didn’t greet us when coming in, didn’t offer to help, looked like they didn’t want to be there. Every customer looked frustrated with the fact that nobody would help. Just my opinion as someone working in retail, do better!

The little girls in here are so rude it's crazy. Even the manager was so rude. They don't have any customer service skills at all. The one who helped me was so high on the job she kept scanning my items more than once and then she was going to have me pay for it all, until I had to tell her to take off the multiple charges she made for items I didnt have. Then I got home she didn't even take off the security tags off my clothes. It's a good thing all I needed was a pair of scissors to break the tag off, and the alarm didn't even go off at the store. How are you going to be so high you can't do your job right. This store is so unprofessional.

I came here with my girlfriend and she asked a representative if there were bras of her size. Instead of just answering "No sorry, but we have them online", her response was a very snarky "Ummm no, this is Victoria Secret."

Alicia is one of the most competent representatives I have encountered in a long time. I really appreciate it!

It’s the slightly less expensive version of the main VS store, but in terms of quality, it actually is about the same. I bought a bra from here several years ago on sale (about $15), and it STILL fits. They also have some pretty nice toiletries and other goodies towards the check out stands.

Not getting any better. $90 bras but disgusting fitting rooms. They are only using every other fitting room during Covid which is causing long wait times for fitting rooms. Doesn't make sense since 1) rooms are completely enclosed. That means you will not infect the person in the room next to you because the rooms are separated by a wall. 2) Fitting rooms are completely enclosed, there is no air filtration. I am walking into a room someone else used seconds before me and I'm breathing their air. Just use common sense and open all fitting rooms.

I went in and bought 2 sets of pajamas for over $200. Dec.21st at 6:00pm. They put the sets into 1 bag. I asked for a 2nd bag as this one is going to someone else. I was told no. Bag shortage, I offered to pay for the bag, still she kept repeating, bag shortage. I was clearly upset but polite. Then asked for a box, no, we only have bottom of box. Next day, today, I sent my husband in to purchase another set of pajamas just to get a bag. He was also given a full box with a bag. Christmas time, high prices, and bad service is what I got.. unacceptable! They must have liked my husband, I will return the set he bought...without there bag!

Instead of asking If I needed help, I was watched for 15 minutes then told to pull my mask over my nose. I left at that point. Pretty awkward experience

Compared to the original Victoria's Secret store this store is fully stocked. However, the robotic greetings at the door upon entering and pushiness of sales people made me leave. I came with gift cards in hand, ready to spend! Actually...I visited twice in one week, hoping to have a different experience the second time. Two visits to this store and I left twice with no purchases because I felt claustrophobic as hell and wanted to leave the mall and order online no matter what the shipping. I hope that if I choose to visit again I have a different experience, but I wouldn't count on it. I will add, the staff was super friendly....just not the type of experience I'm looking for when I shop. I like to do my own thing until I ask for help. I don't need my hand held the entire time. Managers, please coach your staff on breaking away and being aware of customers being approached on the salesfloor so that every single associate isn't reapproaching every single customer.

Worst customer service ever. Glad at front entrance was rude. No hello no hi no how are you just. What are you buying today. Not even can I help you find something or ish. I'd say shop online. It's not worth the haste if parking and finding it in the mall. Entering one way exiting one way no customer service just commission style personalities. I'd say definitely not worth it.

This is one of the best VS locations I've been to EVER! The saleswoman who helped me when I last visited was amazing; she asked to measure my bra size and told me about the incentivies. She was friendly, cheerful, and helpful to not only me, but every other customer that came into the store while I was there :-) The merchadise they sell at Victoria's Secret speaks for itself; couple that with the customer service I received here and I'm going to make a point of returning whenever I'm in the Seattle area. Highly recommended - thank you for a wonderful retail experience!
