Their work is becoming less and less responsible. Often patients need to make many phone calls to solve medication problems. Or patients need to wait for several hours in person to get the medicine. The funniest thing is that sometimes they have the medicine ready and don’t call the patients who is waiting to get the medicine in person. I understand their gets more patients but they are really not responsible anymore! Seem they don’t care at all.
look how many patient complain about Lindeman Pavilion Pharmacy . They only can say we will improve our service. Thank you for your Feedback. Seem they never change anything and they get worse and worse. We’ve been here for almost 30Years. In the last of five years, the service getting terribly outrageous

Ever since Virginia Mason sold out to CHI Franciscan this pharmacy has been nothing but a disappointing dumpster fire! With Virginia Mason employees now being forced to use the pharmacies associated with VM Franciscan Health, the Lindeman Pharmacy cannot meet the increased demand! When I have a new Rx sent to the Lindeman Pharmacy, I have to then call them to make sure they actually fill it! They offer to send in refill requests when I run out of a Rx and then fail to do so and they routinely have a line out the door to pick up a Rx! I don’t fully blame the pharmacy staff, they do their best, I blame the overlords at CHI Franciscan that have come in and ruined what Virginia Mason once was! It’s truly a disgrace and a disservice to the patients and the staff.

zero stars.. this place is really really bad. Sending people away without filling prescriptions that are medically necessary. I literally had to wait 9 days because they "have a new system". Then a month later they said the same thing. i recommend no one ever uses them for anything

Sadly the service in this pharmacy being getting worse and worse, about 2 months ago, contacting them by phone was impossible, now the wait to refill a prescription takes days, then they mess it up, and you have to wait a little longer for something they forgot.

You can put in a refill and they will tell you it will be ready soon. It’s always a lie. You can go the next day wait in a long line, get up to the counter for them to tell you it’s still not ready. It’s like they wait for you to come in to even see if they have it in stock.

This pharmacy is embarrassing; the staff are curt and the wait times are long. Additionally no on ever answers the phone to address your needs and when they do leave you on indefinite holds. Furthermore they have a new phone system which no longer separates patient calls from provider requests which means they have hundreds of voicemails that can't be addressed in any priority causing further delays in their service. Go down the street.

The prescription was ordered at noon. We went in at 2:00 to pick up. Was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. We came back at 3:30 and was told to sit down and wait. After 30 minutes I went back up to check and was told they would tell us when it was ready. After 30 minutes I went back up and was told to give them 3 minutes. After 25 minutes it was ready! In total it took 5 hours. Sick people, handicapped people, old people, people in pain… having to wait for hours is unacceptable. While waiting I listened to several other people who had the same experiences as we did.

The staff are incredibly impatient & rude. They open at 8am, I've gone in at 9:30 and they've told me I can't come in, in the morning to pickup my prescription, I have to come in after 12pm. The problem is, I work a full time job, I can't come in after 12, my lunch break isn't long enough. I get off work the same time as they close, so I can't go in after work. Unfortunately, these aren't meds you can abruptly stop taking, I've tried to work with them on a solution and they simply don't seem to care. If this wasn't one of the only pharmacies that could fill these meds reliably I'd never step foot in there again.

The hospital is fabulous but the pharmacy is not. They don't seem to really have the time or resources to care in the way I'm sure they want to...The other hospital pharmacy next to this one was closed down, and since then I think this one is having a hard time keeping up, and understandably so but 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ it ends up not being great for patients🤢 unfortunately . Until they get some more resources or help, I'd avoid this pharmacy.

This is a review for the pharmacy at Virginia Mason hospital in First Hill. It is convenient for me to pick up my prescription after a doctor’s visit. This small pharmacy is always busy, but be assured that the staff are working diligently. You might have to stand in a line or wait a little while your prescription is being filled. The people who work there are very professional. The pharmacist is great at explaining instructions about the medicine you have been prescribed, and I have found this to be very helpful.

This is for the pharmacy. I've called before heading over to pick up prescriptions for my son and on the phone they would tell me a time that it would be ready for pick up. I've also added 15 minutes as a buffer. Once I get to the window, I'm told it's a 30 minute wait. This is the 3rd time within a 3 month span. So until they will get it right, I now have to plan additional time to wait. Unacceptable and below what I would expect from VM.
