Very polite and helpful. Pricing for watch materials was lower than I expected considering they're downtown. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

Come here all the time for new bands for various watches for myself and a family member. They are always very polite, friendly, fast, and I love the wide selections of bands carried there. Very happy also when they were out of 1 band and then ordered it and called me when the band came in--nice!

My "broken" watch story: I have a Casio Edifice 5373 watch from 2015. The watch mostly stayed unused in a drawer and last week I wanted to wear it. The watch wasn't working except the illumination. I checked the watch manual and they stated the battery has an estimated life span of 3 years so I went to a watch repair to replace the battery. It felt weird that the battery still had energy for the illumination part but not for the watch itself. I went to W.T. Hoyt Co., they took the watch in the back and came back after 10 minutes saying that it's time to buy a new watch as they replaced the battery and it's still not working. I saw that the price to replace a battery is $16 but they charged me nothing so all good so far. While I was looking on the web for new watches, I was comparing them with the current one and I noticed that the illumination part of the watch stopped working. I got puzzled as they said they put the battery back and while I read more in the manual, it turned out that the watch had two batteries: - SR920SW 1.55V - CR1616 3V lithium SR920SW is for the watch and CR1616 for illumination. They said nothing about the watch having two batteries, I don't know if they tried to replaced both but I immediately purchased a tool kit and batteries: - Repair tool kit $19: - 5 x Sony SR920SW $5: - 3 x Panasonic CR1616 $4: NOTE: I only included the link from what I bought but you might find better prices/tools at other stores and not Amazon. I didn't found to order only a single battery of each type so I got what it was available. Also there are cheaper repair kits to open the back of the watch but I took one with more tools that I could use at different things in the future. It took me 5 minutes to change the SR920SW battery and the watch is working perfectly. I do not know which battery they changed and/or if they put the right type. They recommended buying a new watch while mine just needed the proper battery to be replaced. On the positive side, they didn't charge me anything, they were quick and friendly. It's up to you to take whatever you want from my experience.
